The walking pad I ordered direct from them stopped working within a week of receiving it, it was my 4th time using it when it just stopped mid walk.
After contacting customer services, and sending a video of exactly what was wrong, they sent an email with a video showing me how to take it apart and fix it myself.
I was reluctant to do this, but did it as I wanted to use my new walking pad, only to find the video was for a difference model.
I sent a further video showing them and what resumed was back and forth emails, them waiting for nearly 24 hours to respond to mine.
First they told me they would give me an 80% refund, then they wouldn't pay for the return, then just nonsense emails with no information, just stalling for time.

At this point we have been exchanging emails for longer than I have owned the faulty walking pad.

I am still waiting for them to arrange a pick up. I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

Just pray what you order from them works and don't have to send it back.

Avoid this company if you want to keep your sanity.

Recommended to me by a person who had purchased a Treadmill as I was looking to buy a exercise bike. Ordering was easy and great price. Very happy with it and have been using ever day since I received it. Delivery details given and he also took it to my side gate as it was a bit heavy for me to carry far. I would definitely recommend them.

Agreed for refund but no one turned up to collect the item and have ignored my last emails regarding this.

I recently purchased Y3 brushless treadmill from home fitness court and I am happy with it. The treadmill fits nicely at home, which is perfect for indoor use. The incline feature is a great addition and makes workouts more effective.

It’s easy to set up and operate, and the remote control works well for adjusting speed and incline. For the price, it offers really good value and is ideal for daily steps and staying active while working from home.

Overall, a great purchase and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly home treadmill.

Excellent service, product and communication. Unfortunately the product did not fit in the space I had envisaged - but the company issued a prompt refund as soon as I returned the product. Highly recommend this company.

The treadmill's screen had a crack. The incline doesn't even go up to 10%. The customer service is automated replies.

I have sent several emails to get a refund but they are only sending me the automated emails with no help.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Awful product, arrived broken and was refused a refund. Was told it was not faulty and could only be refunded if i pay shipping costs. This was as much as the product.

Really nice, light weight easy to store. Only thing I’m not happy with is the handle bit to low for me, but other wise it’s ok

I am very happy with the treadmill. I can use it whenever I want and it doesn't take up much space.

I was worried reading online comments. This was regarding delivery times, and coms.
But I had a great experience, from ordering, to delivery times, and delivery, excellent.
The treadmill seems to be very good value for money, but not used in anger yet.
