This was first time ordering from Home Fuels Direct. It was easy to do and delivery was quick. I was also able to order a small tanker at no extra cost. The price was very competitive given the current volatile nature of oil prices at the moment.

Place my first order with Home fuels direct very easy to do very pleased so far with the process Can’t comment on the delivery as of yet as I haven’t received it, but I’m sure everything will go well.

We have used homefuels direct many times now as I always find the order process great and also simple. Delivery times great also and a professional delivery always.

Terrible service, used to be good but now your better off using boiler juice.
Ordered 500l just before fuel price rises, heard nothing and no way of getting through to them. Delivery was scheduled 2 days later then last promised date of delivery.
Apparently delivered and refunded less than 1 pound as unable to complete the order as no room in the tank. Its a 2000+ tank and was inches from empty!
No receipt left for actual delivery amount which was zero as gauge didnt move after delivery!
Would of preferred honesty if they said we won't now honour the order but instead I got no oil, no refund and a online order delivery showing zero litres supplied.
Needless to say its cheaper to buy elsewhere.

Always a great service and great price without having to pay for extras. Top service, always reliable and would recommend. PG order 16th for delivery 20th top service top price 😊

Home Fuels service is now back to their best following a slight hiccup at the early stages of the Iran war. Excellent service, fast delivery and very competitive price sums it up.

Previous supplier unable to give price. suspect would have been more. Wait for delivery 3 weeks. Could cancel the day before, but by then tank would have been empty.

Oil has been delivered four days after ordering.Nice delivery man unfased by fact had to ask him to wait,while backed car out. Dog to vet. Will use again.

Cheapest price, easy to view and order, very straightforward. Still to be delivered, but not expecting any problems, all good so far!

Easy to order and delivery always on time. The order tracker is not not reliable and it takes ages to update.

The ordering process was simple and straightforward and the fuel delivered on time (& without a price change despite fuel cost rises due to the Middle East war).

respond quickly if a problem with delivery. Never leave you hanging around waiting for delivery. good people.
