If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolute con artists and had I seen all these reviews I would never have brought through them. Unfortunately they hid behind being a "verified" B&Q seller. I ordered flooring through the which turned up the wrong size and the only options they gave me (for their error!!) was a 20% refund or I could return the item which I'd have to pay for and organise myself and then I wouldn't get 25% of my refund b cause I would be charged for a restocking fee. Criminals. None of this is transparent with B&Q or Furnishings UK Ltd.

I bought 2 beds frame with mattress…

I bought 2 beds frame with mattress from them and I fully paid the money after that they started playing with me. They send the broken bed and wrong size mattress. They are not ready to change the mattress and they want extra money for exchange or refund. It’s really shocking. Because I want refund and wasn’t ready to pay any extra money that’s why they did misbehave and they said they will call the security and send me out of the shop. They are so bad. Trappers. So upset so disappointed. I just wasted so much money. I recommend never go to that shop.

Bought a Rapyal Sleep Regal orthopaedic Mattress in August 2022 king size.£269.The Springs are coming through already and making a ping/bong noise, only had it 8 months. Contacted them and said I would have to send it back for inspection, if faulty would repair it. I'm a 75 year old pensioner how the heck am I going to manage that.Plus what do I sleep on in the meantime. Very poor service, and absolutely no customer consideration. Keep clear

Another purchase from these guys

Another purchase from these guys, as always very helpful with special requirements, super fast delivery with a 30 minute call from the Driver to let me know he was on his way!
Bed just as described highly recommended thank you again

Just don’t.

It seems that this company have a couple of names. Thanks for the email inviting me to leave some positive feedback on my recent purchase. Unfortunately I can’t, it was one of my worst ever experiences of buying something online. The quality of service was woeful, the product was even worse. When I phoned to complain, I was made out to be the one in the wrong, it took over a week for an exchange and I really regret not asking for a refund.
If you need any more feedback, look at mattresstime on here and make your own mind up, I would certainly never order anything from these people again.

RAYPIAL Sleep 10'' 3ft6'' Memory Mattress

Purchased this item on 30/01/20 together with a bed base, the other day I removed the protective cover for washing, and with my surprise, noticed that the 3'' memory layer, was coming away from the base foam.
the 3'' memory foam was not even in a single piece, but two layers stuck together, and also coming apart.
Contacted the seller and told me that I had to send the item back for inspection.
Replied I could not send it back because I had nowhere else to sleep, but the told me they had to follow the procedure, even send them a picture to prove the mattress was coming apart.
No very helpful company, newer use them again.

Amazing!

thank you for my bed at such a great price! Easy to assemble and so comfy, and also your delivery driver, I was aware it said only to door, so I told him to leave my mattress at the bottom of the stairs so I could take it straight up, as he was closing the van up he must of saw me struggling and came back to offer to help me, the bases I was fine with but he made things so much easier by helping me carry the mattress up, excellent customer service on his behalf

Perfect service

I can't fault this company at all

I can't fault this company at all. Our bed was delivered very quickly and with care. The bed was well packaged and in excellent quality ..looked much better than the pictures.
Thank you for super fast delivery too 🙂

Repeat customer, would highly recommend HF4U

I have ordered many beds both for my family and for holiday let properties and student properties, I always order pocket sprung and have had tenants and guests ask where we bought the beds from as they are better than their beds at home. Occasionally there can be slight damage to beds in delivery, eg to drawers but any problem has been quickly resolved. I am just about to order another 2 beds for a high end holiday let.

I think the 1* says it all!!
Needing 2 beds to donate to a couple in need. One 3ft 6 for disabled lady and one single bed for hubby who is her carer. He was sleeping in a chair so that he didn't hurt his wife when sleeping by kicking her accidently.
Found beds and called last Sunday. Very pleasant lady who talked me through everything and suggested I called Monday as we needed a code to buy through eBay. Gave a great price and I'm feeling great!! Rang Monday for code. Back and forth and then told to put a different code in abd they would amend. Was in contact a lot of Monday so we were all on the same page. Paid extra for morning delivery on Wed. The disabled lady was having an op on the Wed so was looking forward to the surprise of new beds. Other friends went and bought new bedding...
Wed got a call to say the beds were not on the lorry...I was gutted!! Nothing they could do. Back and forth on the phone and made worse that the bed had been dismantled so no bed for couple to sleep on. I was beyond upset!!
Was not offered any solution..nothing they could do...basically tough!!
Beds arrived Thurs but wrong colour!! Was told that the grey on eBay no longer available and has been replaced by a dark charcoal. I give up....
Saddened to think that none of this stress could be avoided...That's what the company has said.
Outraged!!!

Have never dealt with this company…

Have never dealt with this company before and ordered an electric fire with the flame effect from them. I wrote a review previously saying how efficient they were and how they offered the best price I could find anywhere. Installed the fire only to find it faulty, I can't blame Homefurnishings for this, they can't check all their electrical products. Phoned them up, no problem speaking to them, and explained the problem. They got in touch with the manufacturer who failed to contact me. Phone Homefurnishings who said 'just box it up' and we'll deliver a replacement. I explained the grandchildren had turned the box it came in into a car with door. No problem, was told put the old one in the box the replacement was in. Van driver arrived the next day at 6.30a.m., couldn't have been more helpful. Only speaking as I find but despite the faulty item (it was the remote control unit that was faulty) I couldn't have received better service from this company. From the time I phoned to report the faulty unit to delivery of the new one was 4 days, they couldn't have been any quicker.

My advice - Avoid

My advice, avoid at all costs!! They are listing products they don't have at prices they cant match. they are taking payment and only when chasing orders are they making customers aware of this. if you don't chase you get no notification or refund.

I had asked for email clarification of a product and price and was told this was correct so placed the order. After the expected delivery date i made contact and was only then told that they had no intention of sending out the item as they had incorrectly listed it at that price. There was no contact from the seller when i had made payment and if i hadn't chased would they have made contact or held on to the money???

AVOID!!

Avoid unless you like throwing away good money

The divan bas arrived when expected, but developed a fault months later.

Trying to speak to anyone about this was a night mare and an email I eventually received back just said it is just wear and tear!!!!

The bed bases are utter garbage, customer service is no better.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs! We ordered a divan bed and mattress king size and a double mattress, paid extra for a Saturday delivery. The Delivery did not arrive on the Saturday and when we contacted customer services they were very unhelpful and rude. The delivery finally arrived the following Tuesday with a double divan bed and mattress (instead of the king size we ordered) and no other double mattress!

Upon contacting customer service again we were advised to contact after sales, we asked for a tel number only to be told they were not contactable via telephone and we had to email them. The email address given did not exist!! We emailed their customer service address and are still waiting to hear back.

This company is as bad as it can get, they take your money, send the wrong products or damaged products and then leave you high and dry!!! Save yourself a major headache and buy elsewhere!!

Worst customer service ever

Ordered bed and mattress on a Monday, order confirmed. Follow up confirmation on Wednesday saying order is complete. 10 mins later received phone call to say the item was out of stock and payment would be refunded. Customer service was abysmal and at times downright rude.It took 1 week to get my money back. Worst of all was the fact that nobody on their customer service team could care less and they even put the phone down on me. I would avoid this company like the plague.

Poor, unskilled and unknowledgable customer service advisors.

I ordered a made to measure mattress 8" + 2" memory foam 107cm by 200cm.

I received a delivery on Thursday 26 /04 18 and the package indicated that it was 9" + 1" 75inax 42 in. I immediately telephoned the company prior to opening the package and spoke to a woman who advised me that it just said that but the measurements would be correct once it was open. I did this as I realised that it was vacuumed packed and it would be easier to return it immediately to the courier.

On her advice, I opened the package laid it on the bed base and left it for 24 hours for it to inflate. On measuring it, the mattress was indeed 9" + 1" but more importantly it is 107cm (42 inches) x 190.5 cm (75 inches) in measurement and therefore it is too short for my bed and does not meet the description in the agreed invoice.

They did not did not rectify their mistake as soon as a raised it and they advised me to remove it from the original packaging and secondly it was not as describes in the invoice they prepared and we agreed.

My greatest concern was the flippant and dismissive attitude of the customer service advisor, who was reluctant to remedy this at the earliest opportunity.

Very bad experience

If I didn’t have to put a star I wouldn’t, Bought a bed on Amazon off this Seller, bed turned up two days later than Amazon informed us. So wasted 2 days, when bed was opened it had a snapped spar, problem was the snapped spar bottom piece was still attached to bed, the other half was not present in box,so had been packed in that condition , after continued contact with seller and Amazon, still nothing rectified. They want us to pay for collection of £45 or return goods for refund at our own expense, the box takes two people to carry and won’t fit in car, surely as they supplied item not fit for purpose they should carry costs. Or sort out the return fee of charge, just be very careful with this seller.
