Had a call from a salesperson telling me that my policy was up renewal . I've never had a policy with this company this is miss selling and should be reported trading standards .
Not sure what I can add to this as it is covered the salesperson from this company miss sold the policy to me by physically lying not sure if this is company policy but I will not be using this company .

Recently got our windows and garden door fitted. Great service and good communication. Installation went really smooth. Highly recommend.

The installation was carried out very professionally and would highly recommend this company.

The first half of the house we had done was with Homeguard about 1 1/2 years ago, that went well so we had the rest of the windows done and a new front door and back French doors.
From the initial consultation to the finish, the whole process was seamless. The fitters were very good and cleaned up after the install was completed.
The windows and doors look very good, and the house holds the heat a lot better, as we are finding that we are not running the heating as much as we used to.
We did have a small issue with the French doors which was resolved quickly and professionally.
From our experience we would recommend Homegaurd.

Had soffits, fascias and gutters done. Very pleased with the work and the builders were lovely. Having the 10 year warranty is very reassuring although the work seems very good quality so don't have any reason to think we'll need it!

Prompt, courteous, kept me informed about any deadlines and changes as required. Very good quality work. Good value for money.
