It is very clear that this company are only interested in gleaning off as much government money from the home improvement grants as they possibly can and have no interest whatsoever in providing quality work or customer care. The workmen were rude, loud, insulting and left my home in such a filthy state it took me three days to clean it up. They tried to make my son sign a form in Urdu while I was out to say the work was satisfactory - he was a minor at the time and does not read that language. I was promised a new boiler if I had underfloor insulation fitted. They fitted interior wall insulation instead which my house was unsuitable for and now we have a terrible mould problem. And no boiler ever appeared. They left work unfinished - windowsills not replaced, boxed my internet connection box into the wall and plastered over it. Ripped off my picture rail and didn’t replace it, cut into a sealed unit light fitting in my bathroom to fit an extractor fan which doesn’t work.
It was six months before any came to put anything right - so six months of living out of boxes, no curtains up, unable to decorate - and still they didn’t fix everything. Customer service is appalling and they like to use intimidation if you complain. I received no compensation.
I can’t believe they are still trading.

Worst company ever, never use them, they will scam you make you promises and do nothing, Abid Mahmood stay away from him especially will act all nice to your face but will not get nothing done dont answer your calls or anything. Stay away

Thankyou to Ibrar for sending a new electrician to sort out what the first team should have done.

I was contacted by Zak to have internal wall insulation fitted he also said I was entitled to new windows which I later found out I wasn't he also promised I would be compensated for the redecoration. The guys came did the job left my house in an absolute tip.
Few months later I contacted Ibrar regarding the compensation and the problems the workmen had left me with. Ibrar was very helpful got the lads back to my house and they sorted 2 of the problems out the other 3 couldn't be sorted which wasn't a major problem.
Today I spoke to Ibrar who has been helpful throughout and arranged for me to be compensated for the redecoration. Overall not a great start but the final outcome is satisfactory.

DO NOT get any work done from this company. They are an absolute joke and will make fake promises to lure you into getting work done and then stop answering your calls. Cosy Homes are just as bad as them for hiring this shambles of a company. They will do half a job and then leave your property saying they will call back shortly to then never return. They promise you money for redecoration that they never give as well as telling you that windows, doors, solar etc will be done for you once the insulation is complete.
Please listen to the reviews and avoid this company. The only 5 stars here are from the staff that work there and the owners. They are fake reviews. There is a reason they have so many negative reviews. I can post their phone numbers on here so that you are aware of what calls to avoid. Save yourself the time and effort and avoid them. Ali, Zak, Ibrar the whole lot.

I was recommended through a friend to use this company for wall insulation and that having this work done would result in new windows and doors boiler solar panels etc

Surveyor came and promised the above, I read the reviews and was very very wary I emailed the company for written clarification and messaged Ali who confirmed I had nothing to worry about.

The wall insulation was booked, the cowboys trained for the job were rude, abrupt and not approachable to the point my partner kindly asked them to leave and forget the work

They were very adamant to begin the work on the wall insulation the men that arrive for the work are not trustworthy what so ever

After reading recent reviews I dodged a bullet! To anyone struggling and thinking this company will help steer clear, and use professional companies for your work with good reviews!!

AVOID AVOID These are the biggest scam artists around. I was promised new windows,doors,insulation, boiler and spent hours on the phone speaking to random call centre people who each promise different things but deliver on none. Eventually got 2 internally insulated walls and new front door but believe me that was a nightmare to get. On a promise of getting replacement underfloor insulation we removed the old insulation then I find out their not going to fit it after ringing them several times and going round in circles. The firm need investigating, prosecuting and permanently shutting down. Utterly disgraceful shambles of a company.

Biggest fraud ever. Bunch of liars. I was promised windows and doors from a guy called Ali and now its been 6months and his phone just goes to voicemail. Spoke to alot of people in this company and they have turned around and said I WON'T get it as i have double glazed windows and doors. Why promise me in the 1st place when I wasn't going to get it. I told them I would have not took the grant. I have been told Ali has moved to Bolton and works with a guy called Zak who also runs this grant company. PLEASE AVOID THESE GUYS.

Exceptional work, professional service .

I had the Internal wall Insulation and 2 new doors fitted. The work was done by Home heat care, a very smooth process from start to finish. They were very professional in what they did. Very clean and also gave money to decorate my walls. Thankyou to all the teams.

The work carried out by the team start to finish was exceptional. I also got money to redecorate my rooms. It look exactly how it was. I've seen a few reviews and they have never promised anything. Yes, I have had new windows and doors as well. You just have to be patient.

What excellent service that I received from Ashfaq he was amazing to explain Everything to me and said don’t worry Everything will be taken care of.

Well by looking at the review looks like these guys are doing a lot of promising and not following through, so yet again I was told I would be eligible for free insulation and windows and door, went ahead and got the insulation done then to be told I would get called a week later for windows and doors, I also have text messages to prove this A week went by no call, so called Ali who got our insulation done and guess what he ignored our phone calls and when I did ring home heat care I was told there is no one called ali working there
Spoke to kamran who then told me I would need wait for my insulation certificate to then get my windows and doors
Long story short I have spoke to a number of staff/ managers jus to be told they don't do the windows and doors, that is with venture marketing ?? Rang this company and always going to voicemail and no answer

So I done my research only to see this has happened to a number of people! It is appalling to see you guys are working with Blackburn council and getting away with Miss selling to people I have reported this to the council and made them aware of what is going on and how are uguys are getting away with this !! I have been advised when ringing the council to speak to Daniel nailer the main man in charge, but to get to him is impossible, he's either on lunch, on a call or in a meeting

I will be reporting ardor to trading standards and anyone else who has been through this should too or they will be getting away with it They are misselling to customers and leading them to think they will get the windows and doors and insulation, they will carry out the insulation and get there payout and not follow through for the windows and doors

This is a complaint !!
I want this bringing up to Daniel nailers attention the man in charge and I want action taken against who ever has been responsible for this doing

Called them so many time but they have not answered even once.
They are just scammers making money out of the grant scheme by using people.

The work was carried out to an exceptional standard. Very happy with the team and very easy process. Thank you all. House is also very warm. I had the IWI insulation done and the smart heating controls fitted.
