Just spent 3 full days with Nate and Steve - and I mean FULL days! Each day had so much useful information that was immediately actionable. This is far different than other 'seminars' I've attended, where a lot of high-level research is shared, but little that you are actually able to implement (without their help, natch!). Nate and Steve made sure (by giving homework!) that you had steps to take that very day. This company is generous with their information and resources - they actually want you to succeed. Amazing!

The level of knowledge of the people that are presenting is unbelievable. The most important part is that they take the time to explain in simple terms and to give examples of business terminology and practices.

Nate, Steve, and Chris are so transparent! No question is ignored and they have a way to make things so easy and crystal clear to understand. This has been the best training, materials, mentors, and group in REI I have invested in. Love this team!

Where do I begin?? These guys are the real deal. They take time with you to coach you personally, not to mention the volumes they put online in training modules. Cannot recommend more highly!

SMB is the end all to real estate investing. Members are like family as well are the 1st class coaching. On this date we had a 3+ hour session starting with 2024 goals, which followed by a deep dive into "Subject To". Checklists, safety for the seller and the buyer. Nate, Chris and Paul did amazing presentations. If you want the best, you have arrived with Social Media Blueprint !!!
