From start to finish the whole process was amazing. Firstly Dave explained everything when he came to visit, then he came back and measured up and did everything he could to help me get my stairlift . Something other companies hadnt done. Then when Paul came to install I hardly knew he was there. Professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I’m over the moon with my new independence

From the start to the Finnish of my order I had complete confidence in homelitfe stairlifts from the representative visit to assess my needs and Darroll my fitter. Who was very helpful explaining what he was doing and how to use the stairlift thank you Darroll.

Bespoke stairlifts were a lovely company to deal with. The salesman was informative but not pushy and returned to recalculate the amount of travel when we thought we wanted to change our plan.
Dealing by phone with the company was a pleasure and the help afforded from such calls was exemplary. Thank you for helping us with this transition in our lives. The installer Paul was a very helpful and pleasant young man. He was efficient and hard working.

Unfortunately you lost the sale as soon as I opened the door, because your sales representative said, oh you don’t look like you need a stair lift. I found I was justifying my need for it saying it was a good day. Not every disability is visible. I have days where I need assistance to get out of bed. I felt slightly uncomfortable when you phoned initially because I said that my husband had sorted a stairlift out, and was asked who it was with, was it Acorn, when I confirmed it was, he then said you were much cheaper that them, and that you could come out the next day. I understand you’re all vying for business. The man who came out was friendly but by saying I didn’t look like I needed a stairlift as soon as I opened the door really upset me, so, as I said, you won’t be getting the job

Engineer Paul turned up at expected time despite very bad weather. Explained everything well asked about the main user and their needs. Installation took the time he said it would and his attention to detail was excellent. All round good experience. We'll done Paul nice Job.

I will be the main user of this stairlift because of a minor disability and a recent fall on the stairs. I've been using the stairlift for several days after its installation and it has made my life a lot easier and safer. I actually look forwatd to going up and down stairs now.. The whole process of ordering and installation was a lot easier than I expected from the initial survey and verbal description to the installation where the installers visited a second time to make changes and then took a lot of time making minor changes which were partly due to our existing stairway handrails and my indecision at the time. I feel that the installers were very efficient and accommodating.

I thought the whole experience from initial phone call to final installation was quick, efficient and trouble free. Everyone involved was knowledgeable and helpful and couldn't have been more reassuring. Darroll, who installed the stairlift, was particularly so and very patient when it came to the final handover. My sister now has a new lease of life. Thank you everyone at Homelife Stairlifts.

What can I say . The engineer turned up promtly this morning ,Was very friendly . He fit the stair lift and explained every thing to me a few times , as i tend to forget things . He was very understanding and patient. I would recommend Darrol to anyone . He was approachable as i was able to ask him the same thing again without feeling anxious that he didnt have time for me . .

Ellery was very efficient. He arrived at 10.30 and had installed the stairlift by 1.45! Excellent job, clearly explained how to use the lift, and left a very clean set of stairs and hallway.

The advisor and sales person was extremely helpful as the staircase was quite narrow but the lift was fitted in such a way that it has allowed space for other users of the stairs, also it was fitted so that no alterations to the position of the storage radiator was necessary. The whole team acted in an efficient and professional capacity. Delighted with the stair lift

Great value and quality, a no pressure approach from start to finish. We were kept informed. The installer Paul phoned ahead, when he arrived he explained what he was going to do, he was polite and kept the workspace tidy and cleaned up when finished. He explained everything about the stairlift ie what to do and what not to do. I still cannot find 2nd gear or the ejector button for the wife.
Great follow-up calls from Lee to make sure we were happy with everything, which we are.
We also took advantage of the 4 year extra guarantee when Lee explained it all to us it was a no brainer, so nothing to worry about for the next 5 years. A thankyou to Steve who came out to measure up etc.

From booking an initial survey to completed installation, the whole experience has been excellent.

The initial survey was done in a very friendly and professional manner and Simon knew everything about stairlifts.

Ellery came to install and got staight on with the job. He too had years of experience in installing stairlifts and worked non stop until finished. He was very friendly and professional and gave a clear demonstarion of how to use the stairlift. No installation issues arose as I'm sure the details taken in the initial survey ensured this.

I was very happy with the initial phone call , the visit from Simon Ward and the installation completed by Ellery Leach. Simon was at pains to find a solution to enable me to retain a couple of important pieces of storage furniture ; he was friendly and courteous and never pushed for a sale I was impressed by his professionalism.
Ellery arrived promptly; he also was friendly and courteous and explained everything fully. He left my hall and staircase in immaculate order.

Not knowing much about stair lifts and requiring one for my wife I had a great number of companies seeking my order.
