The worst company I’ve dealt with in years! Bough a crystal pendant 2 years ago now that came damaged and all they’ve done in those two years is block my partner and I on all platforms! They don’t answer the phone or return emails! All I ever wanted was my pendant that we paid close to £600 to be corrected and not have to live with it smashed. Awful company poor communication
