As a painting contractor i purchased what i assumed was 2 boxes of brushes. The cost was $80 which is resonable for 10-12 brushed per box. However, i received only 2 brushes.
So 2 brushes for $164cad is a little ridiculous.
Buyer beware. Never again will i purchase anything from this website nor will i send anyone to this website and will actively dissuade everyone i can find to avoid this website.

Received exactly what I wanted. Sent by USPS so took a while to arrive but Post Office service in USA and Canada can be a bit slow!
I was kept informed about the timing of delivery and received the product as promised.
Great product - have been looking for a while for a safe option for non stick surface. On line process was very efficient.
Ordered a $300 item in August. Home Loft sent wrong item. I notified customer service. Customer service assured me it was the correct item, despite my provision of photographic evidence to the contrary. I insisted on returning incorrect item for a refund. Initially, they pressured me to accept an insubstantial discount voucher on a future order. They eventually agreed to a refund and forced me to pay for return shipping.
FedEx confirmed delivery of return on Sep. 30. It's now November and Home Loft still hasn't reimbursed me. Customer service is polite but unable to give me an update on when my refund will be sent or where the returned item may be (despite my frequent inquiries), saying that their warehouse has not provided confirmation of the delivery (though FedEx has confirmed it).
I deeply regret that I ordered from this company. It's beginning to feel as though I've been scammed. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

The communication sent was efficient. The product was not a normally stock item for others. Website easy to manoeuver.
I ordered a set of 6 oneida forks to match a set. The forks that arrived were not Oneida brand, and were very cheap looking. The pattern was not what I ordered either. I have been going back and forth with Home Loft for 2+ weeks trying to get a refund or replacement. They keep offering me discounts on future products instead which is of no use to me. They finally agreed to refund within 24 hours but within a week later, there is no refund. Update: They now indicated they will refund in 24 hours. After 3 days, still no refund on my card. Update2: Refund has been issued!

Absolute criminals. They didn’t have the item I purchased and when I asked for a refund they responded 4 times saying they were looking into it, but did not refund my money after specifically telling them to. I had to go through the credit card company to charge back the transaction for services not rendered to get my money back.

I was able to locate the part I needed and it was delivered in good condition in a timely manner.
Great customer service, great selection of hard to find products.
I called HomeLoft because my package hadn't arrived. Someone answered the phone right away, tracked where my package was with the courier service, called me back to let me know and offered me a 10% discount off my next order. They were fast and efficient.
My order of four Portmeirion mugs arrived with one of the mugs completely smashed to pieces...I was surprised more mugs weren't broken, as they had been very poorly packed. I have been trying to contact the company for 10 days now - no responses to emails or messages sent through their website. Very poor service!! needs work....

The item I bought was expensive, when it came it looked worse than any $15 Amazon item.
I thought due to the price I was investing in a high quality piece. I was wrong.
Cheaply made, didn't sit level, just a hunk of junk. 2 week return window which I sadly missed due to an illness. They did refund me some money. I will say. I bought this item back in October 2023, it is now June 2024 and I am receiving spam emails about my order.
