The item purchased is perfect, exactly what I hoped it would be. However I hadn't appreciated it was coming from the US so delivery took longer than exepected. But still deighted with the product.

Cooking Thermometer

The item arrived well packaged and according to information on delivery date and time. Product worked. Although I received an email when logging in to track the item asking for 1£ to complete the delivery, bank info & monthly charge quoted in very small print. NO!! a scam.

Long delivery

The delivery was great, the only thing that made me give 4 stars is the amount of time it took to arrive. I was under the impression that the item was sold in the UK, but it had in fact, come from the US.

This is not a uk company

This is not a uk company. Ordered something over two weeks ago, had to chase twice before product was dispatched....from America! When you dig deeper into the website it is American not uk. Be wary, not had purchase yet...
Website says you pay for returns but as it uses a uk domain and there is a uk address on their website i didnt expect i would need to return to the US...looks like i will be keeping the purchase if it ever gets here!

Misleading Business Practices and Unsuitable Products for UK Customers

I had a very disappointing experience with HomeLoft. I purchased a remote control receiver from their website, which uses a ".uk" domain and lists a UK address, creating the impression they are a UK-based company.
Upon receiving the product, I discovered it was rated for 120V (US standard) and is completely incompatible with the UK's 240V mains supply. This makes the item unusable and potentially dangerous.
I contacted HomeLoft to request a return and was met with a complete lack of support. They offered an equally unsuitable replacement and have now stopped all communication.
This appears to be a deliberate pattern of behaviour. I've since found other reviews from UK customers who have had identical problems, receiving unsuitable electrical goods and then being ignored when they try to get a refund.
HomeLoft seems to be knowingly shipping incompatible products to overseas customers and then relying on the distance and difficulty of international disputes to avoid their responsibilities. As a result, I have filed a report with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) via their ReportFraud website.
I would strongly advise UK consumers to avoid this company. If you have been in a similar situation, I encourage you to also report them to the FTC to help build a case against their fraudulent practices.

Problem solved

I had a problem with a product I ordered. Homeloft dealt with this as soon as I advised them of the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. I found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Finally resolved

I am pleased to inform that after35 days from my date of order, the consignment arrived in good order today 6th August 25.
Infuture its best for Vendor to inform in advance of delivery time , undoubtedly a 35 days delivery can be improved!

Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company!

We bought a coffee machine and it arrived broken in several parts. We tried to return it by sending photos of the damaged product, but they responded saying it was still usable and offered us a 25% discount on a future purchase. We did not buy a broken machine, and we do not accept this! We want a full refund.

Then, customer service asked us for pictures of the box, which we sent, and they still refused to accept the return. This is absolutely unfair! Where are our rights as consumers to return a damaged product?

Worst customer service ever!
