If I could give them a 0 star , I would. Ordered the oversized bean bag in August and still haven't received it...big SCAM.

Never got my parcel every time I got in touch got same answer now they don't even answer

I ordered 6 Piece Electric Tools Set on 13 June 2020 and paid £21. The goods were supposed to arrive within 20 July 2020. Nothing came in 2 months and my mails were answered with no reason for these tools not coming but offering 30% to 50% refund. Now the website "homemoon.store" is off the Net. Ferdous Khan

Sum bags be aware my item never receive

I Ordered an Auto Folding Airbed costing £29.99 on 5th Sept 20.
I tried tracking it but all it says is the shop is closed.
I have sent 2 Emails but have had no reply.
I'm gutted as I had no bed for my family when they arrived and it looks like I have now lost my money too.
This is obviously a SCAM

A total scam. I ordered a folding air mattress for $30 and they sent me a nail clipper set. Talking about bait & switch. PayPal was able to get my refund but only if I return the scam item which cast $36.00 to send back to Hong Kong. Lets put these scammers in jail. Help me take them out. Ordered off a fb sponsored ad. So i thought it was legit. Definitely a SCAM COMPANY OUT OF CHINA. Ordered a fold up air mattress. Never came. Emailed Contact info. Got a BS email back, that it was delivered and a fake Chinese tracking system. Cant make a compliment with Fb to notify others. Ad is now down. Website Gone. Hopefully, i can get my credit card company to refund payment due to fraudulent charge.

I ordered a swing that never come. I'm only out $20. Just dont want others to get taken like I did.

Yup- not only is it a scam business, it is a scam tracking system too. The scanner says that my item arrived on August 7th- it is now October and nowhere in sight. The Post Office can't find it either.

Theft, intended to be delivered as not as described They send you a worthless item with TRACKING instead of what you believe you purchased. Try telling Paypal you didn't get it!? Always happy to refund your money if you pay the large expense to return it to Hong Kong.... or China. This company is probably a drop shipper. I got caught on a FACEBOOK SPONSORED ADVERT.... i learned, never ever buy from a company selling just one item... the Facebook advertisement soon disappeared never to be seen again.. There is no way to advise Facebook that their advertiser is a scammer and so rule number one for me, never buy through facebook ads. I felt safe in buying because the advert was on facebook, wrong! If I see something i like advertised, i GOOGLE and find a reputable source for the item. Or, i go to trust pilot to review the company for purchase, thank you trust pilot..

Very clever!! They put the tracking details on another item ie anything that fits through your letter box!!

So, it shows as ‘delivered’, so you cannot argue. Then offer you 30%, now at 50%.....not giving up for a full refund.

I ordered a bean bag, got a ring!! I ordered a dress off eBay, letter with SAME recorded delivery details sent to a neighbour....enclosed a £10 Spotify music voucher,

Basically, pay via PayPal and keep ANY packaging for items you receive that you NEVER ordered!!

It's a fake shop, i never get what i purchased they send me totally different stuff and i lost a lot of money
so be carefully people were are you shopping from.

This store doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. No matter what you order they send you whatever they want and it's something totally off the wall. I ordered a utility wagon and received a 4 inch by 5 inch envelope that says "ring" on the package and feels like little loose rocks inside. I didn't open it so I can mail it back without having to pay to do so. When I contacted them they said they apologize and offered a 30% refund and then a 70% refund. Definitely a scam site!

Zero star why does facebook let this company advertise on their site when it's a scam, I order a 3-in-1 utility wagon beach chair umbrella they sent me a lady's cheap ring when I complained by email they said they don't understand why I'm not satisfied go figure. People like this need to be in jail.
