What can I say. This is the second time I have used Homemove to deal with surveys. The surveyor was very detailed and descriptive with any issues he came across.
The initial process of setting up the surveys were extremely easy, especially with the help of Hugh on the other end of the phone giving good information, and explaining every process.
I cannot thank Hugh enough.
I will most certainly will call Homemove and Hugh for our next property.

Liars who couldn’t give a dam. I can’t believe how awful my experience has been with this company who replied to my previous review with total lies. They have not given me a penny to replace tv which was damaged and now they just ignore my emails!!!! SHOCKING!!!!!

I take it back! Home move redeemed themselves
On August 23rd, I left a negative but honest review for Home Move after paying for a home survey. I was immediately contacted on the same day and they apologised for the services I received. They promptly rectified the situation and kept me regularly updated about my home survey appointment.
I chose Home Move because they offer a range of services. They provided a reasonable quote to help me with my move to my new house. It’s refreshing to see a company that cares and makes the effort to address any miscommunication. I will definitely use them again.

I recently booked a property survey via Homemove for a remortgage and was initially a little concerned, as I hadn’t come across the company before and wasn’t sure if the website was genuine. However, when I spoke to Kayleen Reddy, she was calm, composed, and reassuring. She confidently addressed my concerns and confirmed the legitimacy of the company, which immediately put me at ease.
The online portal was easy to navigate, communication was clear throughout, and the customer service I received from Kayleen was excellent. She answered all my questions patiently and professionally, making the process smooth and stress-free.
