I got hit up by these people saying that they would pay me 1200 for using them to sell my home. After seeing something on the news about these place that they put a 20 year agreement that you sign. So if you sell with in 20 years. This is bs!!’ I would not sign with them. Read the fine print.

I just found out that Home Options put a 13k lein on my house. They solicited me stating that they would pay me 1,000 for first rights to sell my house. I agreed, I don't care who sells my house. I am now trying to refinance and I can't because I owe a 13k lein. This should be illegal.
