I ordered two packs of Biotex washing powder. They arrived promptly on 16 September and the bubble wrap parcel appeared to be in good order but when I opened it one of the packs had burst open and the contents were inside the parcel. This obviously created a problem but I managed to salvage most of the contents. I immediately wrote to explain the situation, with photos, but have so far had no response. At the very least, an apology would have been in order.

Product as advertised. Delivery service was excellent, arrived well before expected date, even after being advised by the courier that they were running behind schedule! Would definitely use Home place again.

Half of the the plates I bought were broken when they arrived and Homaplace have still not answered my email (sent 4 days ago) where I ask Homeplace how to return them.

Good product difficult to obtain other than in Belgium and Holland, delivered quickly without damage at a reasonable price.

So very happy to find Biotex now it's no longer available in UK. (Yet another Unilever fail)
Easy site to order from and arrived very quickly and, although now a little more expensive, I haven't found anything to replace it here. I have really missed this product, thank you Homplace🤗

The product works perfect on removing the hard calc stains and mold.
Totally recommend it for deep cleaning bathroom

I ordered 3 products and the company canceled the order because of an „error“. Bad bad customer treatment and service.

Courrier could not deliver an easy parcel, claimed there was no name on the buzzer.

Ordered Murphy's oil soap, received it pretty quickly. Everything is fine. :)
