On two occasions you have advertised…
On two occasions you have advertised and I have ordered three airplanes as shown on your advert. On the first occasion I received three boats on the second fish. You are now telling me these are the only items you have - contrary to your advertisement
I will not order from you again. The items are cheap but I willingly paid extortionate postage. I think you should be sending a full refund for both of my orders

Import charges were not clear
Import charges were not clear. Emailed to cancel order as item was still with fedex and I did not want to pay an additional £50. They advised I had to contact fedex and fedex advised I had to contact the seller. I am now waiting for someone to confirm who is responsible for cancelling the order.
