Ordered a pool dining table ! Delivered all the way from Scotland just in time for Christmas
Customer service was outstanding! The quality of the table is superb ! My husband loves playing pool and he was overwhelmed with his Christmas present!

Great quality service from Olly and the delivery team. Table arrived within a month of ordering it.
I would highly recommend home pooltables if you are looking for a new table.
I took a while to decide where to order my table from as I have heard bad stories about some other companies.
No hassle with these guys though. Very happy with my table.

We have recently bought the Supreme pool table and have been so impressed with the service from start to finish. The pool table is in and all the family and friends love it. We went for the 7ft british table in black with a grey cloth and looks great. The service men who installed the table were so friendly and made sure the table was perfect before leaving. A great company and will certainly recommend to others.

I would never ever deal with this company again and I would suggest anyone should think twice before you do.
Purchased my table before Christmas 2023 and there are still issues.. Upon delivery no table top supplied, requested snooker marking only to have pool, damage to the table and the cues were broken. Sent numerous messages to Charles including phone calls which were ignored. Olli eventually replied and the table top has been supplied, the the corrct markings on the table (but these are black when I requested white) new cues but the damage to the underside of the table has not been fixed and I am left with the black markings. Now, these are expensive tables and all I wanted was what I paid for and if they cannot supply then surely I should be compensated for the damage, delivery delays and incorrect markings. But you try and get hold of them now... impossible, phone calls not returned and emails ignored.. your better off going to Argos based on the standard of table supplied and the after care received. Leaves a very bitter taste considering they could do very little to put all things right but and not interested since they had my payment in full.. Think twice before you buy... Please...!!!

We ordered our dining table/pool table in time for Christmas and are really happy with it. There was an issue with damage from the couriers though no fault of the suppliers this was quickly and efficiently dealt with by Charles and a new piece was delivered in 24 hours.
All in all fantastic service would recommend.

Our new pool table is amazing. We are so pleased with it and will spend many happy hours playing.It is really good quality and the balls run really well, even if they won't always go in the pockets!
The service we received from Olly, Charles and Margaret was excellent and the pool table was delivered precisely when we were told it would be.
The price paid was very good as well.
The installers chosen were brilliant and took a lot of trouble levelling our table, making sure we had all the accessories and were happy with everything.

Top notch - great advice on the phone from both Olly and Charles. Delivered within agreed timeframe and installation was professional and polite. Needed a couple more cues which were put in the post the same day that I phoned. Thrilled with the table!

Ordered a pool table on May 11th, told 6-8 weeks delivery.

After the 8 weeks and not hearing anything, I called to find out when delivery would be. At this time I was informed there had been a delay but it would be delivered before July 22nd.

After further chasing today, I have been told there is another delay due to a part missing that is due to arrive on August 1st. At this time though, they still could not confirm a delivery date.

Very unhelpful and no communication from them.

I would have given them no stars at all if there was an option for that.... Bought a pool table from them + accessories and paid in full. Some were not available, so we were promised by Charles that they would be delivered within a couple of weeks. After around 10 phone calls and 3 months of waiting SOME of the accessories were finally delivered unannounced one day. We claimed the money for the outstanding accessories from our credit card company . Not once during that time did Charles thought it appropriate to phone and update us, or even return a call. They are simply box-shifters, with no customer service at all. Avoid at all cost!

I looked at plenty of tables, and decided we would have to move the table every time we played on it, so went for a folding one. Initially we thought we'd have to fold it up, but the Gatley Leisure Deluxe Folding Leg 6ft table with a nice green cloth is so sturdy that you can just pull and push it around (put some furniture pads under the adjustable feet ). We move it away from the wall to play, then back afterwards ( gently of course ). The table has very bouncy cushions, the cloth is quite fast, and the table is easy to adjust for level, so one can be playing within seconds of being in position. The table arrived promptly, and the lads set it up with a minimum of fuss. I would like to recommend Homepooltables.com
