There rental homes are comfy

There rental homes are comfy, clean!
I also bought some ljud from the company and the sound is fantastik!
The camping site is something Else! If you love nature the lake side that is a place to visit

This is the best rental service that…

This is the best rental service that I’ve used since day 1 of my arrival to Sweden back in 2018. Wonderful people work there as well! Kind and understanding and willing to help out! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately Never Again.

We decided to use Homerental to rent our apartment for peace of mind while we were traveling overseas. The onboarding process and finding a tenant was a great experience and we were happy to welcome a new family into our home. That's why this review has two stars instead of one.

Once the tenant moved in they became unsupportive and unhelpful. They made no effort to find a replacement tenant when the contract was terminated early and told us to use Blocket instead.

Once the tenant moved out we began finding missing and broken items. When we inquired about these items they took the tenant's word over ours. Of course, when you rent a home there are always risks involved but we chose to use Homerental because we believed that they would support us when issues arose.

How we feel as customers is that they made profit from renting our home but the services provided did not come close to meeting the value of the money they earned off the property.

Unfortunately we won't be using their services in the future. Perhaps your experience will be different but I'd rather follow their recommendation and use Blocket instead.

First of all, we value your trust in choosing Homerental to manage the rental of your apartment. We're glad that the onboarding process and tenant selection were satisfactory for you, and we're of course equally sorry for any subsequent issues you encountered during the tenancy period.

Regarding the early termination of the contract, we acknowledge your point about our focus on long-term rentals. In your case, we had successfully secured a long-term tenant who unfortunately had to move out a month earlier than expected. We did make genuine efforts to find a suitable tenant for the final month as well of your contract. However, unfortunately this time our network and resources were not able to yield a prospective tenant for such a short duration. Our clients are mostly looking for long-term accommodations. In your best interest, as a solution, we recommended exploring alternative platforms tailored to short-term rentals, a common approach in such situations. Please know that we genuinely endeavored to assist.

When it comes to assessing damages and missing items, we rely on a fair evaluation process to maintain a high standard of service and transparency. It's important to note that we don't prioritize any party's claims over another's.

We've facilitated solutions with the tenant, including compensation for damaged items and addressing the damaged cabinet promptly. As for your concerns about the tenant-damaged items without photographic documentation, in such situations, we always strive to be as objective as possible. Without a baseline for comparison, it's challenging to definitively attribute the condition of those items solely to the tenant's usage. That is why we always recommend documenting the property's condition at the beginning of a tenancy to avoid any future ambiguity.

We truly regret any inconvenience caused during this process and want to reaffirm our commitment to ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. We respect your decision not to continue using our services, and we appreciate your candid feedback.
