Print is beautiful and just like our home. Looks beautiful in a frame in our hallway.

I ordered a picture in November and did not receive it at all. After chasing, chasing and chasing this company I was finally given a refund. Sadly I don't believe I would have received a refund if I didn't chase the company.

From my experience I feel this company has very poor customer service and unnecessarily slow delivery times.

The customer service I received did not help - there is no telephone number to call and e-mails are delayed and unhelpful, many were also ignored.

Sadly, a very negative customer experience.

Lian did two drawings for my family and they couldn't be happier. There is clear communication throughout and Lian made sure I was happy with all the details before ordering. Couldn't be happier!

Bought one as a gift and HAD to have one for ourselves! Excellent customer service, communication all the way though the subtle way they capture your photo and transform it into a work of art! Absolutely worth it!!!

I absolutely love my homes by hand custom print, it captures our first home amazingly down to the fine details! It makes such a big time in our lives and I was also really happy to support a small business. Lian was extremely helpful and really easy to get in touch with if I needed any help or wanted any little changes to the print to make it perfect! Will definitely be using the company again, maybe for a gift for someone else next time!! Worth every penny to capture a very personal and exciting time in my life

I had a really great experience with Homes by Hand and was particularly impressed with the level of engagement from their customer service team. I dealt with Lian via email and she was brilliant - very pleasant to chat to and was sincere about making sure I was entirely happy with the illustration before it was printed and dispatched. The print itself looked great when it arrived - it was a gift for a friend and they were absolutely delighted with it! I have recommended Homes by Hand to several other people since then because it was such a positive experience for me.

(Like some other reviewers have pointed out, the delivery was a little bit slow, but in my experience at least this was an issue with the courier, not with Homes by Hand and was also because it was during a busy time period (Christmas).)

Had a beautiful piece done by this company! Lian dealt with me and she was the sweetest! Did me 2 copies in a space of a day because I wanted some changes and couldn’t decide how I’d like it! Easy to talk to and work with! Very happy with my high quality art piece now in my hallway! Highly recommend this! Makes a really lovely gift too! Thank you again!

I am very pleased with my purchase from Homes by Hand. My husband I purchased our first home together this summer and I surprised him with a portrait of the house for Christmas. We are so happy with the final product. Lian listened to exactly what I wanted, taking out some Halloween decorations I wanted excluded. Communication was excellent and I was able to approve the design before it shipped. I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered two prints and they both came out great. They were exactly what I wanted. Lian was a great help.

I ordered two home portraits to give to clients and they are just what I was after - great representations of the house with some artistic character 🙂 The colours are soft and elegant, and I love how the parts of neighbouring houses that creep into the sides of the photo have been muted so the house in question stands out more.
Lian did exactly what I asked and left out the ugly things like wires and aerials, and the digital files arrived within a week. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I paid for a piece of artwork from this company on 1st December of which I still haven’t received. I have sent emails to this company to ask for a progress update, the UPS tracker information has not changed for weeks, yet I have been told to be patient and it’s on its way. After asking for a refund I wasn’t supplied with one and to wait a few more weeks. I’m sick of waiting, this was supposed to be a present. I am now perusing a refund through my bank. I would not use again and would not recommend to anyone else

I absolutely love the print I got! It was so easy, I took a photo of it on my phone, uploaded it onto their website and they sent me the most beautiful print and frame so quickly! Very good quality and 100% recommend!
