Great customer service! Somehow I registered one of my students for a test they weren't old enough to take. On test day, I was able to get into contact with a them, and quickly got the issue resolved.

Testing made easy! Great experience giving end of the year homeschool tests to my 7 year old. They had clear instructions, practice test and quick turnaround on the results. Definitely using them again.

My experience with testing my daughter through HomeschoolBoss was excellent! This was our first year testing and every step taken was very smooth. From processing, receiving prompt emails, communication between the Proctor and myself during times where breaks happened, logging in, test taking and score review. I would definitely choose HomeschoolBoss for future testing. Being a homeschool parent/educator for our first official year of Kindergarten they made the anticipation of not knowing what to expect from testing easy. Thank you HomeschoolBoss for implementing this great system.

Easy format

It was simple to sign up for the tests for 3 of my kids. I loved the convenience of texting with any questions I had. The response was quick and very helpful ◡̈

The actual process of testing and test prep was fantastic. It was very smooth and positive for our students.

The registration process, however, was not well structured. It was convoluted as to what was being opted into and I did not appreciate the way this process attempts to add additional services without being clear about the upsell.

Homeschool Boss was professional, easy to use, and I would recommend it to anyone!

The app that was trying to use did not work several different times of trying.
It added a bit of “stress” having to call in 2 separate times to speak to someone to get us a new website on the iPad to take the test.

The testing platform was easy to navigate. Communication by email and phone both were prompt and helpful.
We received initial scores immediately after the testing and the final reports within 2 days after completing the test.

Made it easy to test both of my homeschooled children! Will be using again next school year.

My child loved taking the test. He thought he was getting a special treat- playing a game on the computer. So it wasn’t stressful. He was easily able to click the speaker button for it to read to him and then he was able to easily navigate through the test. I appreciated that it was a peaceful enjoyable experience. Both kids who get to test next year are already looking forward to it. My younger child got to do the practice tests and she loved that.

It was easy to order Homeschool boss tests from the EFA marketplace. We received communication about testing procedures ahead of time. Most of the time I received a text communication the day of when I opted in. When calling the company I was able to talk either a proctor fairly quickly and resolve issues as they arose. We received test scores after each test and a report the following day which was nice.

The frustrations we had were: 1. having to turn off ad blockers and continue to do so even though I checked to make sure they were off. 2. Not receiving the text Communications for each child for each test. 3. My second student was supposed to be taking a reading test, but he was put into a math test instead. This happened twice. I also wanted data on the percentage of students who took this test that homeschooled vs private or public but never received that information when calling the company nor was able to find it online.

It was easy to set up & clearly communicated! There weren't any technical difficulties. I appreciated the reminders that it gave on the screen before my child started the test. The results were quickly given to us & the report was easy to read & understand.

It’s important to get an understanding of your child’s level. This will help you figure out where you need to work on. This tests were simple for my child to navigate independently.

I was easily able to communicate with them. I could call or text, and with each question or issue I had (because of my children), I was able to quickly get a response to get the kids back onto their test. After testing, they emailed me the results so that I could veiw and save a pdf. This made the process less stressful than I anticipated. Thank you!

Absolutely smooth experience the entire way. the tests were simple to order, simple to log in to, and the detailed results arrived the very next day. fantastic experience with homeschool boss, would love to do it again.
