Second time of using HomeShredUK. Prompt and efficient from delivery of sacks, the pickup and destruction, to the provision of a certificate. The pickup driver was courteous and helpful and called when 15 minutes way from collection. An excellent service provided overall and I would use them again.

Very good service! Easy to arrange a collection and worth every penny particularly if you have a lot of confidential waste to shred as I did!
The bags arrived the day after I ordered them and were collected promptly on the day I had arranged. They also phoned me the day before to give me a one hour collection slot which saved me having to stay in all day.

Simple process, helpful staff.

Just trying to book a collection online. It keeps saying "we encountered an error, try again or contact us" Went through the chat with Jemma who was going to come back with a delivery date, but heard nothing after half and hour, then retried - no one available

When I contacted the firm regarding a collection date that was not listed on their website they did everything possible to help and sent someone round to collect at a time that suited me. Excellent, personal serice. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer since February 2014, HomeShred have remained excellent throughout this time.
I did try another company (having got the names mixed up! - apologies John) a few years ago and I was not impressed at all, very salesy....and not on the personal and friendly level promised and delivered by John and his team.

I was worried about how to deal with paperwork from a small, home-based business. I liked the high ratings for HomeShredUK, so tried them out. The system is so straightforward. You buy a number of strong, sealable paper bags, pack your papers in, seal them and then phone to arrange a pick up. They also wipe computers, hard drives and mobile phones. After collection, you get a certificate to evidence how you disposed the items. I was very happy with the service.

I’ve been using HomeShred for about 8 years - they are completely trustworthy have an amazingly helpful and polite telephone team and turn up on time each time they collect my shredding from me. 10/10 and highly recommend.
