Do not, repeat DO NOT! order from this company. I placed order for items website said were available and instock. Paid almost 500.00 only to find out AFTER item had been discontinued. There is NO ONE to talk to at customer svc no to find out when my pmt will be credited back to me, you are told when you call you must email and wait possible up to 2 days for hopefully???? a reply. I cancelled my order at their website when I see my order stating items discontinued. WHY???? DOES WEBSITE SAY THEY ARE IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE??? BEYOND DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED. Wish I had seen the poor reviews here before buying. This third party BestBuy Marketplace vendor clearly has troubles with decent customer service.
While the item was as described (except damaged) and shipped late (ordered in June originally, and then cancelled somehow, and then reordered in July or early august) and arrived in Early September. Now more than a month and a half later, we are still waiting for the chair to be picked up for refund and return, and we still haven't heard anything for weeks.... This is truly one of the most frustrating experiences, and I really wish I have heard about this vendor before on this website. Clearly I am not the only one with issues on this vendor....

Their Customer Services is the worst. On 9/18/20 I spoke to Jesse asking about how to cancel my order that I just placed. All he saiid was to send an email for this request. I wanted to ask him a few more questions, he didn’t give me a chance to ask but hung up my phone. I called again right after that, luckily he picked up again, I asked him why did you hung up my phone?, As soon as he heard my voice, he hung up my phone again. Never buy anything from this company because they don’t have customer service to answer or help with the order that already placed, only by email, especially when you need to cancel your order, by the time they responded the email, the order already shipped. Once you cancel your order or refuse the shipment, you will get hit with re-stocking fee or cancellation fee, this company is very sleek by doing that. Plus they don’t provide free shipping under $300.00 and their price is more expensive than some companies.
Poor, Bad, Lousy, I wouldn't if I were you
Customer service is extremely poor to non existant. When they do finally return an email they dont respond to what you asked them. Thought I'd get my couch in 7 days. Well a month later I just got it today. I will NEVER buy from this company again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them. Well, maybe I would to Donald Trump.
I lost $183 dealing with them
I purchased two dressers and a nightstand from them and when I realized I didn't need them, I attempted to cancel the order using the "Cancel Order" button on the website, but it wouldn't allow me to. I tried to call customer service several times and finally the answering machine said that "no one was available to answer calls", so I placed a return request via their website. Two weeks later I still did not receive a response or a return label to send the items back. When the order finally arrived (several days later than they said it would), I kept trying to reach them... days later someone finally emailed me with instructions on how to return the items. The boxes were never opened, and I got charged $183.94 for shipping. I wish I had read the reviews on them before I bought anything, which were mostly bad... they have the worst customer service! I wouldn't buy anything from them if I were you.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This company is ridiculous. First of all you can’t speak to someone in the phone unless you are ordering. All customer service is done via email. That was my first warning. Then I ordered a dresser Aug 15 and when it came it was damaged. So again here I am trying to get in contact with them and no one is answering my emails. BUYERS DON’T PURCHASE from them.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, and HOUZZ is just as much to blame.....ordered a desk, they marked it shipped 1 day later, 6 weeks later, no one can give me a tracking number then they give me one, and its incorrect, and on and on it goes. STILL trying to get my refund that they offered to me, which I replied yes to, and they still haven't processed my refund! Wish I had used this website first before ordering.

Placed my order and THEN read all these bad reviews. After reading these I was so nervous I almost canceled my order. So glad I did not!!! I had an awesome experience. Package arrived on time and was the most well packaged furniture delivery I've ever gotten. All the pieces were accounted for and no scratches or dents on the nightstands or entryway table. Plus, these exact same nightstands were more than $100 more on other websites. Will definitely be buying more items from homesquare.

DO NOT buy from Home Square, which is Cymax stores. If you are shopping on Amazon, Houzz, Walmart or any marketplace make sure the seller is NOT Homesquare/Cymax. There is NO customer service at all. We purchased a couch for our daughters first apartment. The couch was left in the back parking lot of her apartment building with a huge hole in it. They did not even bother to ring the intercom or place the item in the building. Had no idea it was delivered until we received an email. We immediately tried to contact them and took pictures of the sofa. NO response! NO live person just gives you an email. I even tried to create an account with their “help center” who said my order does not exist. We then called Walmart who also tried to contact them on our behalf. NO response!! I now have to dispute with my credit card company and hope that works. Thanks to Walmart for trying to help! DO NOT order from this seller on any marketplace!!

NEVER AGAIN! I purchased a bed over a month ago. I received an email that there would be a delay. I emailed them stating I was ok with the delay. Several hours later I get an email that my request for delay was under review, I emailed again I didn't want to cancel. I tried to call, they refer you to email. Few minutes later I get a cancellation order. They suck, don't buy from them.

Absolutely the WORST customer service. I order a side chair and their "white-glove service" delivered a completely bent and deformed chair! I have been trying to call, email etc but NO RESPONSE. I would encourage everyone to seriously think twice before ordering anything from them!

The worst customer service ever. I ordered a dresser and it took them 11 days just to tell me it was out of stock and I only got that information after I asked for a status report. Secondly they never answered an email sent to the address on their website. I had to telephone them and get a second email address. Then after two days they told me it was out of stock.
