The technician was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The work was completed efficiently, and the results were excellent. I am disappointed in a company posted on Homestars! Set up a appointment with a Matt Smith and never showed or called! I called the phone number end of the day and was told they would email me another date! Gave no reason for the no show! I am still waiting for the email!!

All though its a good concept to bring leads to contractor it is very expensive for contractors when leads don't follow through. The expectation of contractors who first contact customers they expect the customer to pick them. I am a customer and had many contractors complain because I did not select them and I had a few trying to charge me for the lead failure. I did find a great company to do the work but the rest of the contractors that were not selected were upset. This company needs to do better with how they bring leads to contractor. Some contractors are straight rude to due to this fact that you did not select them and now they have to pay homestars still which seems a bit ridiculous.

Nick Murphy did a fabulous job on my gutters , removed and cleaned the guards. Nick is hard working, prompt, and courteous. Raked up the discarded leaves and dirt from the gutters. Reasonably priced.

Every time I have used Homestars I find the type of the right person for the job required.

Mike was a great guy very easy to deal with and he did a wonderful job. Would definately use him again.

Adil and his partner were great to deal with. Easy to talk to. I needed to replace a bunch of Cedar Siding with vinyl siding.After demolition was over we noticed a lot of rotting wood. I went and bought the supplies. They fixed it all for nothing extra. The place was spotless when they were finished. Very satisfied.Great job, great attitude awesome guys to deal with. I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family!

I had an emergency job to install a basement window well at my mother's house. Jack was very responsive and walked me through the process. The work was immaculately done on a tight schedule, and Jack was always available to answer any questions I had. I would happily hire Direct Waterproofing again in the future!

Company representative, Jeff Hamlin, explained in great detail about water softeners which we have agreed to have installed. If installion goes okay and the product lives up to its listed potential, then I would highly recommend this product and company to others.

John and his team installed our windows and doors . They did a fantastic job inside and out . They did it all in 2 days and it’s unbelievable the difference it has made in our home .I give them a 5 star ++ rating

Using Homestars was easy and quickly connected me with the company that I needed to get my job done.

I called a highly rated roofing company called Citycrest Roofing. Do not hire this company as they are a complete scam! They took my money and didn’t do the work, and Josh had the balls to tell me that the roof was “ damaged by raccoon afterwards” Let see what the judge says when we meet in court !

Finished our interior window trim, paint looks great. Flexible and finished fast.
