Awful awful experience

Awful awful experience. Waited 10 weeks for my order despite being told ‘3-7 weeks’ and still shock not got it!! Was told no proof of postage or tracking number is available due to being posted ‘large letter’. Was so rude and manipulating in there emails. Saying I was being horrible and rude and telling me they were going to plaster my name all over the socials with ‘130,000’ followers lol. They have absolutely no remorse for scamming thousands of people! Search up her previous company ‘the fragrance floor’ it was a huge scam. She keeps starting up new business thinking people won’t know what she’s like.

I don’t know how she is still getting away with it!!! Someone stop this nasty women, Nicole.

DO NOT BUY anything from them

DO NOT BUY anything from them. ZERO STARS
Ordered 27th March took 12 weeks to send. Lost order, lied about posting out date and awful customer service. Sent email after email chasing the house sign up with excuse after excuse from them. When it arrived complete waste of money. Letters are not straight, screw holes are 1cm different each side and spacing odd between letters. Sent them an email and they accuse me of having disgusting behavior for critisizing the product and it was my fault for picking the font!
I had no problem with the font or style but did expect to actually receive something we could use. Received several replys to emails calling me rude and said they would sue for slander if I went on social media. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Honestly where to even start. I ordered two house signs on the 19th April but never received a confirmation email. So the first message/email I sent was to clarify this. They said they had my order and that was that. Once it got to week 9 I started to wonder where my order was, as on their website it states 3-6 weeks and on their terms and conditions box you tick before you buy. And additionally they were posting constantly sales and discounted products but yet hadn’t made products from weeks ago. Each time I got responses such as we will look into this and each time I mentioned a refund they said it would need investigating first etc. I never received any apology or a message to say there was a delay. I was just left wondering each time where my order was. After nearly approaching 11 weeks on Saturday (2nd July 2022) I took matters into my own hands and proceeded to do a charge back via my bank. My bank refunded the money and the next day I woke up to messages from the very rude owner showing me screen shots of submitting a CCJ as I had products I hadn’t paid for. I didn’t have the products at the time of her submitting this so therefore her accusation was false and the information she had put on the form was false. She claimed I owed for the signs, an admin fee, a charge back fee and the court fees and obviously thought she would try and scare me into paying. Obviously I wouldn’t do this without someone or authority saying I had to do so.
After saying I was happy to pay for the signs if she sent me the proof of postage, she refused and said she would rather proceed through the CCJ. She has hounded me with messages and voice notes and now began to threaten me. I have had to block her. I have taken legal action myself and I will hopefully receive advice on what I need to do. Under the consumer rights act she has failed to deliver products ON TIME and therefore I have acted appropriately. At the time of my charge back I had no products and therefore again under the consumer right act, she had failed to deliver products.
Today (4th July) the signs have arrived after all these months. May I add they are absolutely rubbish and are of no quality and certainly not worth a wait of 3-6 weeks never mind 11 weeks!!! I assume this has occurred as my messages previously kept mentioning I wanted a refund and she is fully aware once the products are made and shipped no refund can be given as I have ticked I accept the terms and conditions box. I have never experienced a service like this or been placed in this situation. I cannot believe how rude the owner is. Do not order from this company, avoid at all costs or you too could end up experiencing what I have!

Wish I could give 0

Wish I could give 0. Ordered dec last year. No communication and ignored my e mails. Finally got a reply when I posted about them on social media. I was sent a message to say now I wouldn’t get my sign as I had posted about them. So I took my post down. I got a tracking e mail but apparently my order was broken before it was sent so I didn’t get it. Then they apparently sent it but there was a problem with the delivery address their end. Then I finally got my order but it wasn’t what I ordered. Now I have no response at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! don’t get sucked into the media hype

If only I could give zero stars

If only I could give zero stars. The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I placed my order in 31st March and have still not received my item. I had to chase the order after the maximum 6 weeks lead time as stated on their website, then on receiving a mildly apologetic reply I again didn’t hear anything for another 3 weeks. I finally got a ‘dispatch’ email, but turns out this was an email to say my order would be collected by the courier the following week. Now 6 working days after dispatch I have still not received my order. On contacting them I have been advised that ‘as I chose the cheaper postage option (still £4.50), the item is not tracked’ - so all they can provide me with is some ‘proof of shipping’. The person on the other end of emails is incredibly defensive and rude, accusing me of bullying and sharing my profile on Instagram for merely complaining about not receiving an item after 10 weeks. I honestly believe they are scammers and my item was never made. Even if this isn’t the case, why are they still running discounts on their website and stating a 6 week lead time when they can’t keep up? I hope everyone thinking of ordering sees these reviews first and realises it’s a complete waste of time.

AVOID !! Lies & terrible customer service

I would give zero stars if I could !

I made 2 seperate orders , 1 for a door sign and wreath in February and another beginning of March for Hoover sticks .
After 8 weeks from the first order (3-7 weeks original dispatch time) I emailed company and asked roughly when my order would be sent and was told april 3rd , which was soon approaching . This never came and I emailed again to be told because of staff shortage and technical difficulties it was delayed but my order was being packaged “as we speak” … and other week later no order , I was then told my order had never been made due to their pink wreaths being damaged . This didn’t explain why there was a delay with Hoover sticks which was now 5 weeks delayed . Eventually I made a complaint through Shopify app and they cancelled my order - but that wasn’t without an illiterate and distasteful email from them . Despite all of their “technical difficulties , wreath damage and lack of staff” they are still happy to take lots of new orders and flaunt new products on Instagram and TikTok !!!

Purchased a house sign and bin stickers…

Purchased a house sign and bin stickers on the 05/02 and at the time of order was quoted 3-7 weeks. I got in touch on the 24/03 because the shop app told me it has been dispatched but I haven’t received any tracking information which I paid extra for! They told me it was packaged ready for shipment on the 24/03. I then got an automated email on to tell me there was a delay with my order a week later, I gave it another week and got in touch again and they replied with the below ‘not something we took lightly, I’ll pop a cancellation through for you’ this wasn’t something I asked for and I don’t know what they weren’t taking lightly? Anyway, cancellation was never processed so I emailed again to be told it was intact dispatched on the 25/03! I finally asked on the 28/04 for a refund and informed them if I hadn’t received my money back I would be contacting my bank, they then replied that they would go through debt recovery to get the money off me for the goods I received. This company is an absolute joke!! Never order from them. Now looking into it they are called Homeestyleuk on Instagram, Homestyleukk on TikTok and the website is Homesttyle. It all doesn’t add up to me! The abuse I also got from contacting them on instagram, the owner even sent me voice notes threatening because I posted this trust pilot link on some instagram post! My bank is still investigating this but what a joke of a company! I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering

Wish I’d seen these reviews sooner. Feel absolutely scammed. Bought myself a sign in Feb for my door….no sign of it. Tried to send two emails through the website, no reply. Messaged on insta and left a comment on a last reel. Replied to me with an email that doesn’t work. Sent them proof it didn’t send. They replied back saying they don’t know why it hasn’t gone through. Contacting my bank for a refund and report as a scam.

AVOID

Ordered in January and still not received. Have sent numerous emails to which are either ignored or a new excuse each time. The latest is that the order got sent back due to a problem with the shipping label (even though they had never sent me a shipping confirmation which I have repeatedly asked for) oh and technical problems meant they couldn’t reply to my emails. Please acknowledge every review this company has, and the owners history as I wish I had done more thorough checks. They have recently limited their comments on Instagram as I’m sure other customers are trying to stop people from ordering. The owner should be ashamed of themselves.

SCAMMERS! Avoid at all COSTS!!

Worst company on tiktok/Instagram. I ordered at the start of the year in Jan 2022. It is now APRIL. Their customer service is a joke. They clearly lie about dispatch etc. I’m still yet to receive the products. Worst mistake I’ve made. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Reported to action Fraud

Purchased back in September received nothing Reached out just after Christmas was told to email after the new year

Received a Response stating it would be made for me as a matter of urgency this was in January I've Received absolutely nothing

I've emailed the company and Reached on Instagram to be ignored only after mentioning I'd be Reporting to action Fraud & Trading Standards i was approached with will wait for that and that they responded to my email pack of lies when asked where my door sign was immediately blanked

There's an old saying "act soft and I'll buy you a coal yard ". What that effectively means is feign ignorance until you get what you want ie that the customer gives up and goes away...and that's exactly what they're doing

120 days visa give you to claim a dispute
The company know how to be Dirty to pass that time so you cannot claim it Back
The company also had the Fragrance Floor
(Scam) business

I've seen people receiving threats etc don't worry I've sent everything needed now across to action Fraud who will be Fully investigating to stop the business operating
As I've substantial evidence of people like myself being Scammed

KEEP CLEAR OF THIS FRAUDLENT COMPANY IT'S NOT SLANDER IT'S TRUTH
AS MONEY WAS TAKEN NO GOODS RECEIVED AND THE COMPANY REFUSE TO REFUND ME LET ALONE COMMUNICATE

Not worth it

I ordered my door sign for my birthday back in January. I saw on the website that the turn around was 3-6 weeks and was happy to wait. Week 6 came around and I messaged them on Instagram, to be told it was a 3-7 week wait. I decided I would wait an extra week. When week 7 came and no sign I decided to message them again, this time I was told my sign was ready and it would be posted that week. Well we are nearly onto week 9 now, with no sign and now they haven’t responded to my last message!
I was really excited for my sign but now I wish I hadn’t bothered as I don’t think I’ll get my sign or my money back.

Waste of money, lied about shipping my order!!

I ordered a house sign as a gift, aware of the 3-7 week turn around time. After 7 weeks, I had received no communication since the order confirmation so I emailed the customer service team. They said they’d get back to me within 48 hours and never did. 1 week later, I emailed again and they said my order was shipped - I received the shipping confirmation. Today (9 weeks since I originally ordered) I received an email saying their 3D letter printing machine was ‘broken’. I asked them how does the broken machine affect my order if it has already been shipped, to receive a reply saying they would process a refund for me.

Awful customer service. Spelling mistakes all over their website. Very unprofessional. Don’t be fooled by their nice looking instagram page.

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

I'd like to make my review as fair as possible, so what I will say, is that I was very pleased with my wreath and foliage kits (for now, unless they also break), and I was well aware of the long delays when ordering my home sign (which I am shocked to learn are still in place - surely 9 months later you would have caught up by now/hired enough staff to prevent such long delays, but hey ho)...

However, 8 months after receiving my home sign and putting it up, I went outside one morning to find one of the numbers on the floor, with what appeared to be sticky tape left in the shape of the number on the plaque. At this stage, I tried to find an email address for them on their website, only to discover they'd removed it, and also changed the spelling of their company (was HomeestyleUK, now HomesttyleUK). I did some basic research on google, only to discover some awful reviews of unprofessional customer service on Trustpilot, as well as another forum which I was unfamiliar with, but nonetheless the reviews were there and all extremely poor and of similar content. I then contacted them via Instagram as this appeared to be my only option, at this stage, worrying I was going to be treated with the same poor service as all of those other reviews. Well, little did I know just how poor this service would be!...

Long story short, they threw their 28 day warranty period at me, to which I responded, but it's an outdoor product?! Surely they expect their outdoor products to last longer than 8 months? Especially as they aren't the easiest things to put up and keep replacing. I was also quoted with the "we have made and shipped 24,000 signs and haven't ever heard of house numbers falling off" which is a load of garbage, as you cannot tell me I'm the only customer this has happened to in 24,000 orders - laughable really.

Anyway, they continued to tell me that they "do not use sticky tape" regardless of the fact I was providing clear photos and a video of the tape (that I could peel away) that was left on the plaque. I made them aware that I was worried I would be treated in the same manor as all of their other bad reviews, quoting the forum that I had come across whilst searching for their email address, to which Nicole then threatened me with "We will however be happy to share that you use bully forums"! WOW. Not once had I made any threats to use this forum, I was simply expressing my concerns that I would be treated in the same way, which clearly, I now have been.

Amongst many other unprofessional comments on their behalf (too many to list), the best part was yet to come...

I had managed to locate an old email address for them and emailed them with my concerns regarding my number falling off. I got a response (AFTER the Instagram responses) to say "I'm really sorry your number 2 has fallen off we will send you a new one out so you can replace it. It is quite simple to apply".
Of course, I then responded extremely confused, to say this was a conflicting response to which I had received on Instagram, and that I did not need a replacement number '2' as I still had the old one. I also questioned what they meant by "easy to apply" as that would suggest to me that they DO use sticky tape (even though they had assured me several times that they do not), or at least provide me with a replacement glue to use?
I then receive a second response saying "We don't use sticky tape; we haven't ever used sticky tape on our numbers. This item is out of warranty you have been told correct information. Our warranty period is 28 days from day of receipt" WTH?!!

Now wait for it, here's the BEST part!!! ... I then receive something hilarious in the post... a replacement number 2... WITH STICKY TAPE!!!! Not only on the acrylic number, but the foam shaped number too, meaning I was expected to stick the acrylic number 2 to the foam shaped number 2, and then the number 2 back onto the plaque, proving that they use sticky tape on an outdoor product. Of course it’s not going to last a winters frost?!

I of course tried to contact them again to express my dissatisfaction and my disbelief of the entire service received with my complaint, to which I got… BLOCKED!!

Absolutely disgusting that a company can get away with treating their customers in this way. They do not deserve your well-earned money – DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING WITH THEM – Etsy have some far nicer and more sustainable home signs, at a way more reasonable price too with no 8 week delays!!

Avoid!

If I could give 0 stars I would.

My cousin who is a joiner with 10+ years experience went to put this up for me and it literally snapped in half. Absolute disgrace they are charging £30+ for such a flimsy door sign!!

I politely messaged them to ask if another could be sent out - this is where the 5 star customer service begins.

I was told, and I quote, “we have sold over 22,000 signs this year and we don’t have complaints about them just snapping”. So apparently out of all the orders they have done not one has been faulty (hard to believe but hey ho!). I was also told that “it was unfair I was diverting anger towards them”. My messages were perfectly polite - I actually ended up apologising incase they had misinterpreted any of my messages!!

Needless to say they then ended up ignoring my messages and our £30 is down the drain. This may not be a lot of money to some but it was to me.

On a positive note, managed to get a sign just as nice, of a better standard and from a lovely seller for just £12 on Etsy! Silver linings and all.

If you want to give your money to a business that appreciates your custom, definitely avoid this one!

* I very rarely leave reviews unless positive but I had such a bad experience with this company that I don’t want others wasting their money too.

Seems my issue with them is the same on here ordered in October thinking it would give me plenty of time as a Christmas present, it was not. When I contacted customer service they didn't seem concerned in the slightest apologised and said it should be dispatched soon ( 2 months after I'd ordered it) so I gave them a few more weeks and still nothing, I emailed them again asking for a refund they have accepted it now just to wait and see If the money actually comes back

Honestly the most terrible customer…

Honestly the most terrible customer service I have ever received. Absolutely no sense of accountability from the shop owners to my order. I ordered 2 X signs for Christmas presents in OCTOBER and when it was clear they weren't coming for Christmas, they did absolutely nothing to help. I am now without 2 X signs or my money in return. These people are 100% a complete scam. I should have noticed when the title of business on Instagram, is different to the way the website is spelt, which is then in turn different to what they call themselves on the website. Joke of a company.

If I could give no stars I would!
The most awful customer service and the worst communication, from any company, I've ever dealt with. What was estimated as 3-7 weeks delivery time. I patiently waited for 12 weeks and still no order arrived. I therefore had no choice but to request my money back. I recieved an email with absolutely no hint of an apology!! This is what happens what Instagram/TikTok makes your business go viral overnight! You develop an ego and lose touch with the real people that are spending their hard earned money with you.
What a very disappointing and disheartening experience I had with this company.
I wish I could upload a picture of the emails recieved.
I wouldn't recommend dealing with these people, to anyone.
