Wanting to payoff some of my debt without incurring an additional payment, I had spent considerable time researching different options such as reverse mortgages when I came across the concept of these home equity investments/agreements. Everything was fine, the process is a bit long but I guess I understand that. The 3 day cancellation should be able to be waived sooner if the customer wants. All in all, I’m getting basically what I was looking for.
