I have ordered twice form this website, and delivery has always been very quick, thank you!

They said they delivered my parcel and nothing came 45 quid for nothing and still no contact from them

Purposefully misleading products. Iv been massively overcharged for whitening strips because I bought ten but in fact its only 5 packets (because there's two in each pack).

Very easy to use. Very reasonable price. They work well, making teeth several shades lighter.

They then accuse me of theft! Do not risk buying from this company. Plus I didn’t realise it’s illegal to sell crest whitening strips in the uk.

Ordered an at home teeth whitening kit over a week ago and it has not arrived. I have had no contact from Home Teeth Whitening or the courier to explain where it is.

I’m not to sure why there is sooo many bad reviews for this company? I’d like to share my experience I ordered crest teeth whitening strips and they are 100% authentic they are the same ones I have used in America. I was so worried after reading the reviews once I had purchased but my delivery has now came very quickly can I add! And there was nothing for me to worry about at all as they are genuine! I will definitely be ordering again once I have finished my 19 day treatments 💖

They sell fake products, I bought whitening gel 35% Opalescence. Product arrived in 2 days but fake. I have some photos of this fake product but don't know how to attach here. Product they send to me it's different from original but on their web the photo contains original one. Stay away. They use Reviews.Io site with fake reviews I can tell.

I ordered teeth whitening strips on the 9th May 26. I’ve had no confirmation email and the product has not arrived. This is despite the money being taken out of my account! I’ve contacted the company but even then this was challenging to note my concerns.

My teeth whitening strips are definitely fake. And the kit was not genuine. Feels like they’re operating out of a basement by buying bulk from a home bargain store or eBay, and reselling at stupid prices. Hope they close down.

Bought 3d crest whitening strips, which I have used for years, I just use them now and then to whitening teeth up again, they are the only whitening strips that work. But the ones sent to me did nothing! No sensitive teeth so know they are fake

I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company based on my experience.

I ordered an item which was marked as delivered, however the delivery photo clearly shows the parcel left partially sticking out of my letterbox — unsecured, visible, and easily accessible to anyone passing. Unsurprisingly, the item was not there when I checked and I never received it.

There were also multiple reports from other residents of parcels being stolen from the building foyer on the same day, which highlights the risk of leaving items in this manner. This matter has been reported to the police.

Despite this, the company refused to offer a refund or replacement. Their position relied on GPS confirmation and a delivery photo, yet that same photo demonstrates that the parcel was not properly delivered into my possession. Leaving an item exposed like this is not a secure or completed delivery.

I raised this with them and explained that under UK consumer law, responsibility remains with the seller until goods are delivered safely to the customer. This was not addressed, and they continued to deny responsibility.

There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue — only repeated reliance on inadequate “proof of delivery.”

As a result, I have had to pursue a chargeback through my bank.

Overall, this reflects poor delivery practices and a lack of accountability when issues arise. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Update in response to the company’s reply:

The company claims the parcel was only left sticking out briefly for a photo and then pushed fully through. There is no evidence of this. The only proof provided shows the parcel left partially exposed and accessible from outside.

A photo taken before delivery is completed is not proof of successful delivery — it shows the opposite.

I did not receive the item, and the delivery was clearly not completed properly. Despite this, the company has refused to take responsibility.

For transparency, the company is based overseas, which may explain the lack of alignment with UK delivery standards.

The matter is now being handled through my bank. Buyers should proceed with caution.

Had a problem with the product, made a complaint and was basically called a liar. Don’t use ! they send out inferior products take your money and when something goes wrong they ignore it

Ordered 10 whitening strips and paid for 10, but only received 5 in the packet. I didn’t realise at first until I went through the contents properly. On top of that, some of the strips didn’t even stick properly, so the quality isn’t great either.

I contacted the company about the missing items, but the issue hasn’t been resolved. It feels like I’ve been charged for more than I actually received, which is really disappointing.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

I received 10 strips (5 per black pouch) when I ordered 20 Strips. I opened a black pouch to double check and the packaging inside is very low quality - printing off centre and the font and bolding of the text looks off. They look like fakes. There are no instructions or ingredients etc listed either. Order No HTW-200334.

I have asked for a refund but based on other reviews I find it hard to believe the company will be cooperative.
