I’m afraid the product is extremely flimsy, the handle is not strong enough and it’s also to short. The brush is also to soft and flimsy. I don’t believe the product is worth the price I paid at all.
The product arrived in a decent time however not happy

This is my new bff! It's like using magic! I'd have given 5*'s, but the handle is a bit of a let down, as it's not well made but still does the job with not much more effort than vacuuming, and the results speak for themselves in the amount of my German Spitz's fur the vacuum missed. And being disabled, I love that you sweep slowly and gently for maximum usage.

Thank you for your recent order with us. Unfortunately due to the current lockdowns in NSW, VIC and now SA, Australia Post along with our warehouse have encountered delivery and handling delays.
I noticed that your order was placed on the 14th of July and Australia Post scanned the package into their first facility on the 16th of July in NSW.
On the 20th of July, your package was scanned into Melbourne where it is currently being processed to you for delivery.
I do apologise for this delay and would like to ask for your understanding and patience with recieving your package. As always, our customer support team is here and happy to help you in any way possible.
