Phoned looking for help regarding tiles, needed to be a specific colour and non-slip. Customer service said it would take too long and to look on the website!
Don't worry I'll check Topps Tiles website instead!

Great customer services. I ordered tiles 4 months ago and needed a few extra packs. They went and found me the same product batch and shipped them to me in 3 business days. Kept me regularly updated on my order. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future.

I’m not going to talk about the cost as I did get a good deal. There curb delivery is a joke my wife was on her own with a bad knee and the driver wouldn’t carry them to our pram shed which was just around the corner. The driver and Home Tiles should learn that customer service is important it starts from when you walk into there showroom and finishes at the customers front door.

If you had read my first comments I didn’t say anything about entering my property I said to the Front door and in my case to our pram shed which is closer and easier than my front door you don’t need liability insurance for this just good old customer service but know your driver would rather watch my wife who has a problem with her knee and can’t put to much pressure on it struggle carrying them down.

Went to the Rainham store and was served by Buddhika who was extremely helpful. We were even offered a coffee! Visited many other tile shops but found what we wanted straight away in this store. Very happy with the tiles and they were a great price! Would 100% recommend!

I visited Home Tiles(New Southgate) Bounds Green. It was such an enjoyable experience,the staff were so friendly and helpful. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Exceptional customer service from Florin at Hometiles Leytonstone.

Really pleased with the tile samples.

I visited the Aylesbury Store - not really knowing what i wanted & was met with such a wonderfully helpful Sales person, showed me all the ranges for the project and i bought there and then.

picked up the tiles the same day but was offered Free delivery as i spent more than £350.00.

Dealt with Buddy and other staff at Rainham, Essex store. All were excellent.

Realistically price from the outset but also open to do a deal. Ended up buying tiles for three bathrooms at the store and will be returning to buy WC and kitchen tiles soon.

Had a slight issue with one box of tiles being considerably smaller than the other boxes, no quibble supply of another box and even let me open to check tile sizes.

Any damaged items exchanged and good communication and delivery service.

Just a great service overall. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a dreadful experience with Hometiles at the Bounds Green retail estate. Told us the tiles we bought on Tuesday, arriving on Thursday, then told us on Monday, then told us on Tuesday, and saying it is already on its way, etc. At the last, Friday, we were told no tiles. Just don't go there.

Poor customer service by Homes tiles

I have bought £923 worth off tiles, adhesive and other things, from Tottenham store, strange they did not do home delivery but if I ordered online,anything over £300 then it was free delivery. So I decided to pick it up my self I was given some of the tiles and some was arranged for me to pick up from Leyton branch( I asked the store manager multiple time that I want white gloss floor tiles but the one his given me said wall tile on the side of the box but he reassured me it was for floor, charging me £24.99 m2 so I came home with everything it was Monday. On Tuesday I went to Home tiles Leyton to pick up the rest of the tiles. As I entered the store I instantly spotted the tile i bought from Tottenham which was priced £14.99 I knew something wasn't right so I spoke to the guy in the store, Mr Sunil very experience polite, must say gum of a person he actually went out of his way to help

And explained that the Tottenham branch accidentally changed me for the floor tile but gave me the wall tiles, so if I speak to one of the senior management *Mr TIlan*  spoke to Mr Tilan and explained the fact about the tiles and I also told him I bought 10 bag of adhesive from Tottenham for £12.50 a bag of 20kg and it was £12 in Leyton, anyway he made me wait in the store for 40 minutes and then I called him back to see what was going on, he advised me to go home and he was rearranging a delivery of the right tiles and that he would speak to his management and sort me out a compensation for my inconvenience. Waited up to 6 pm no reply so I called him on his mobile, he didn't pick up but massaged me that he was sorting it for the next day. Come Wednesday I called him about 4 time then he calls back and tells me he was not working that day but he did arrange for some one to deliver all my tiles so I instantly called Tottenham store and spoke to someone called ? He reassured me the delivery will happen today but later that day they only delivered 20 box of tiles out of 29, so come Thursday I had to call again multiple time to get rest of my tile . Mr Tilan has not since contacted me and being ignoring my calls I kept all my massages. Not picking up my calls and didn't deliver his ward. He thinks he can get away treating customers like this. What goes around comes around mate.

I just bought tiles from store in Aylesbury. They had a lot to choose from with amazing prices and great service from Dan. Very good quality tiles. Tiles brand was Johnson Tiles. I definitely will be back.
