This is a fabulous Company to deal with, it’s so unusual these days to actually get to speak to the same helpful person more than once, and not get lost into a large call centre!
Having moved into a new build I needed to organise broadband and having researched all options on the list from the developer I opted for Home Unity and had Jonathan organise my new services for me. He is knowledgeable, organised, friendly and helpful, all that you need when you’re up to your eyes in a house move and have teenagers who are thirsty for connectivity!
My services were up and running in just a couple of days, the connection is working brilliantly in all rooms of the house and also when I called up to change something on my account it was Jonathan who answered the phone.
I highly recommend!

Tom was amazing, I had talked to Tom prior about leaving another provider to go with Home Unity. They responded fast and were so easy to talk to. Understood the current problems i was facing with my current provider and just from the small amount of contact alone, this was much better then my current provider.
