Great company to deal with
Just moved into a new build with OFNL under the stairs .
Had a long list of IPs we could choose from.
After a lot of searching around and a lot of quite involved and complicated conversations with prospective IPs l contacted the next on the list , Home Unity.
What a refreshing change !.
Tom immediately got what l was wanting and suggested the ideal package for me , not once trying to upgrade me or blind me with science.
Long story short l completed all the necessary and chose a smart date.
The router arrived promptly and we
set up and we're in business!.
Speeds have been as promised ( if not a little more !) and I'm very happy with the whole process.
Would certainly recommend.

Recommended internet service provider
New to OFNL. I was swayed by Home Unity's Trust Pilot score to go with the company. So far I've not been disappointed.
Tom was my single point of contact during the sign up and made the process convenient and straightforward.
Subsequent communications were timely and in a non-technical, easy to understand language. The router was received ahead of an OFNL engineer's visit, which was missed. Jonathan helped to expedite a more convenient second appointment.
The broadband speeds are close to those advertised.
Overall I am happy with the service received so far.
