I am onto my second pair ( although still using old pair after 15 months ) the best most comfortable slippers ever . Bought other named brands in the past and they have only lasted 6 months at best
The slippers were beautiful well made and comfortable.the size was too small although I do understand they will stretch from wear.I have asked for a refund and customer service is aware.

Rectified complaint
I actually complained about charging for next day delivery but didn't get it. As soon as as I explain to homes they refunded my postage. I must admit homes slippers are the best slippers I've ever had I'm on my 2nd pair and I have no doubt in my mind homes are the only slippers I'll buy from now on.

The slippers I ordered are a size 3-4 as I normally wear a size 4 shoe. Sadly they are too tight to wear and I know a size 5-6 would be far too big

As a small, British family business of 15 years, with an EXCELLENT rating on Trustpilot, reviews like yours are very damaging and we hope you would agree that apart from the fit, we were professional throughout and supplied you a quality product in good time. We do advise that they can be snug on first try but will give with wear. As we can see from a previous review you left for another footwear company you do have issues with your feet. Fantastic slippers. I have been wearing Homeys for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Great customer service, I had a problem with a pair and they immediately sent out a replacement.

I have had Homey slippers for a while now, by far the cosiest slippers I have ever had, most of my family also have them.
Their customer service is brilliant too, I ordered the wrong size and returning exchanging was an easy process

Lovely slippers but found the sizing a bit disappointing. I take a size 7 so ordered the 7-8, they are rather long,
the width is ok but they do look rather odd. Should have sent them back really, but was worried that the smaller size would be too small !!

Slippers were fine but were a birthday…
Slippers were fine but were a birthday gift. Unfortunately they didn’t fit and you only have 14 days to return which I hadn’t realised so that is a negative. Lesson learned - check the returns policy before you buy!

Homeys are great!
I’ve bought two pairs of Homeys - one for me and one for my partner - and we’re both in love them them.
Soft and comfy but really durable and feel like they’ll last a long time.
I am usually a UK size 6 so I bought the Medium (5-6) and they’re snug but not too tight, I don’t wear them with thick socks though.
While they’re not the cheapest slippers, they seem like they’ll last a very long time and withstand a lot of use.

ordered for valentines day yodel said they were out for delivery but they did not turn up until the following afternoon.
really poor performance in this sector.
maybe you should concentrate on the customers experience rather than the cost of delivery you pay peanuts you get monkeys !

Loving the first part of your review Mark, thank you, but the second part always makes us go bananas! We've tried all the delivery firms over the years; DPD, Royal Mail, Evri etc and none of them get it right 100% of the time. You know Yodel have their own Trustpilot page, which we would totally encourage our customers to leave their views on? We do offer guaranteed delivery on orders but they're a bit more expensive than 'peanuts'. If you go for the £1.99 option it's 3-5 working days, which they did achieve being day 4 in your case. Anyway we're glad you love Homeys and in future maybe tell the delivery firm how you feel! We're too busy making excellent slippers :)
