Placed an order on 30/05/2026.Order #22932.I have never recieved an email confirmation for the item ordered yet payment was taken the day the order was placed.I have repeatedly checked on the website as to when my item is going to be delivered but all it says is order processing .I have tried upteem times to send an email but nothing ever gets sent through plus the number to phone doesn't work .

Ordered a 3 tier cake stand back in December (6 weeks ago). Didn't receive an email confirmation - immediate red flag.
Tried contacting the seller off the email on the website to receive no response.
I checked Trustpilot to find everyone else who has ordered from them has also been scammed.
I've raised a dispute with my bank for a refund.
I have ordered a set of knifes on 15th September,it is now 3rd Oct 2025. I have emailed with no response, called several times and the phone number is not valid. I still have not received an invoice or shipping date but the money has been taken from my account.

I ordered a purple toilet seat yesterday. I waited for a confirmation email of my order and nothing came after a few hours. Sensing something was wrong I contacted the company's phone number several times, but each time someone answered and claimed it was the wrong number. I emailed their customer service team yesterday too, still I have not received a reply. I am beginning to think this is a fraudulent company and I am thinking of contacting my bank to get my money back.
UPDATE : They finally got back to me today and stated that the item I ordered is out of stock and I have been issued a refund. I have given one more star for the reply and I give a final review when I get my full refund back.
