The birdfeeder arrived in the time stated and in perfect condition. No fuss, a reliable service and wonderful value for money.

Unbelievably a squirrel managed to bite off one of the perches on the bird feeder. Roamwild immediately sent a replacement lower part. Wonderful customer service! I have two of these feeders and am so impressed with them that I gave another three away for Christmas presents.

Have 3 of Homgar hen feeders. Very innovate design, worth buying direct from the homgar site. Follow up customer services excellent, very quickly sorting out a minor problem with a faulty part. Even the best designed product can have a glitch, but the measure of a good supplier is the backup they provide. So good product coupled with an excellent customer service backup.

Product arrived on time and well packaged, very good value.

Delivered promptly and in good condition. Assembly instructions are very straightforward. It's an excellent bird-feeder and keeps the seeds dry and fresh. Pests and large birds can't get get the seeds. Very satisfied.

I can't fault the product or service really but my only issue with my latest order was with the courier damaging the item. Maybe it could have been extra packaged a couriers generally aren't that careful with things.

Great bird feeder that is pretty much squirrel proof and an extremely friendly helpful company that fixes stuff without even being asked to. Recommended!

Took a week for goods to turn up.

Really impressed with the copper bird feeder. It’s larger than I expected , but that means less refilling .
I looked for a while to find something I thought would deter squirrels and would last too.
It looks stunning , the birds use it constantly - but not the squirrels !
Seems sturdy and well made , easy to fill too . Good value I think -even though it’s quite pricey for a bird feeder.

Love this squirrel proof feeder. Have 2 now and they work well. Strong, hardwearing material. Sturdy.

Excellent product and very efficient service

The feeder is sturdy and easy to put together. It seems to have deterred the squirrels. They have a go but as its not comfortable they give up - hopefully permanently. There is only one drawback - there are only 2 feeding holes The queue of birds becomes quite long
