Delivery on time and as promised. The squirrel leaps at the feeder and hangs on for a while, but does not get much.

Great price and fast delivery.
The bird feeder is an excellent design and the birds were all over it instantly. The squirrels on the other hand are feeling a little frustrated and hungry… move on boys!!

I recently bought all 4 of the different PestOff Feeders and am really impressed with the quality of these which is absolutely superb. Easy to assemble and load with a very large capacity they are easily the best feeders I've ever seen. Small garden feeders can now visit unhindered by larger birds such as magpies and pigeons and, overnight, the small birds visit literally every few seconds in huge numbers which is a joy to see.
A recent bad storm toppled the bird table damaging two of the Pestoff Feeders and when I asked if these could be repaired at my expense, Adam sent two replacement bases completely free of charge! I was astonished at how generous this was when the fault was not at all with the feeders or supplier. The customer service here is, like the feeders, the best I've come across for a long time. One-to-one, personal and rapid. An exemplar company in every way.
The feeders are so good, I have ordered up another set of 4!

Prompt service and the squirrels are puzzled

This bird feeder has deterred the many squirrels which surround my home to hopefully keep away,have not seen any on it yet.

Had a slight problem with one of Homgar products, contacted Homgar be email and they quickly advised me on how to use the product. I followed the instructions and it is perfect. Obviously I had been in too much of a hurry to set it up I hadn’t read the instructions properly. One of the most obliging and helpful firms I have ever dealt with. Thanks again.

The feeder is great, the birds have not used it yet, but I think it will that time for them to get used to it.

Delivered quickly

Excellent value and high quality. Unique design, better than I expected.

We had a broken spring on one of the feeding ports of our squirrel proof Roamwild bird feeder which stopped the port opening. We had been struggling to sort this for some time. We contacted Adam at Homgar and within a week we had been sent a replacement lower assembly unit which means the birds can now feed again from both ports.
Great service and an extremely helpful salesperson/adviser.

I had a recent problem with one of my Pest Off feeders of where one of the perches broke, so I email customers services and explained what had happened, I received a reply from Adam asking was the feeder for mixed seed or peanut and that once he knew which feed he would send a replacement to me.
What pleased me, even more, was how quick their service is

Excellent product for us, squirrels sat in the tree and weigh it up on the first day and have not returned. We enjoy watching lesser spotted woodpeckers, nut hatches along with the smaller garden birds.

Homgar squirrel-proof bird feeder seemed to be very good until I needed to clean it. The instructions provided do not work and I have found it impossible to disassemble the feeder. Very disappointed.
