They are very quick to take your money…

They are very quick to take your money but when you change your mind, its very difficult to get it back. Even in the cooldown period. They dont give you time to think about it. They want you to pay at the end of your call. Ive been trying get my my money back for almost 2 weeks now. Im on the 3rd hurdle. Who knows how many more. Theyre currently not letting me have my money back until I have a video call to give feedback about the course that I haven't started.
I highly suggest that you do not purchase this course while on the call with them. Get as much information as possible on the call, the at least sleep on it. But ideally give it a week to see if you still want to go ahead. I wish I did and now my money is in their account instead of mine, earning them interest instead of me. They give very money grabby vibes.
I did not like the tactics they used in the call. Almost like a job interview. They make you feel like only certain peoples money is good enough. Its all good enough. It doesnt matter to them so long as you have it. Very sneaky and clever. I regretted it instantly when I woke up the next day.
Its not a scam, but its not for me. My advice would be, with the 14 day cooldown, instant refund if you haven't consumed any of the educational content (like me). And make it mandatory to make payments separate to the call. Once it has ended, payment link should be sent so you can do it in your own time without feeling pressured.

I hope this review helps at least one person to be able to make the right decision on their own terms.
Please remember, they want your money. They do not want to give it back. You are the customer, and not applying for a job with them. Take your time and dont get into the same position as me.

The exit interview call you mentioned is clearly outlined in the terms and agreement that are reviewed and signed prior to joining. The purpose of this call is not to create friction, but for our Head of Member Success to gather feedback so we can continue improving the experience for future members. It’s a standard part of our process for every refund request. The points you’ve raised here are helpful, and this is exactly the type of feedback the call is designed to capture.

Your Exit call with us was originally scheduled for yesterday, which you were unable to attend, and you did let us know you had forgotten. Just to reassure you, the 14 day cooling period applies from the point of notification, so any delay in completing the call does not impact your eligibility for a refund.

We also want to address the suggestion that we make it difficult to return funds or that this is done for financial gain. That simply isn’t the case. All refund requests follow the same structured process: submitting a form so requests are properly tracked, followed by a short call with our Head of Member Success to understand feedback. This ensures requests are handled properly and nothing is missed, while also allowing us to improve. Referring to these steps as “hoops” isn’t something we agree with, as they are consistent and applied to everyone and described in the contract.

In terms of the experience itself, we’re sorry to hear you felt uncomfortable on the call. Our intention is never to pressure anyone, but we are selective about who we work with. We do view the process as an application, as our goal is to ensure we’re working with people who are aligned and most likely to succeed with the programme. This isn’t about whose money is “good enough”, it’s about fit, expectations and commitment. We are not a get rich quick scheme, and we aim to be clear about that from the outset.

It’s also worth noting that you mentioned you hadn’t started any of the course material. Because of that, you haven’t had the opportunity to experience the service itself, which makes a 1 star review quite disappointing from our perspective.

That said, as already confirmed, you will receive your refund once the outlined steps are completed. We’re committed to handling this fairly and in line with the agreement.

I’ll be honest

I’ll be honest: when I first saw the ads from Alex (one of the founders), I didn’t believe a word of it. Having had negative experiences with "online gurus" in the past, I was extremely skeptical. However, joining HonestBrands has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results.

What makes this course stand out is that it is truly designed for the absolute total beginner. It covers every single aspect of e-commerce, but they do it in a way that doesn't overwhelm you.

The "Pearl Necklace" Method
The lessons are like a pearl necklace: they give you one pearl at a time so you can digest every lesson properly. It would be impossible for the brain to process everything if they gave it to you all in one day because there is so much to learn. This pacing is brilliant and ensures you actually understand the foundations.

Real Support & High Value
The coaching sessions are high-value because the advice comes from people who actually have their own successful e-commerce businesses making profits—not just people talking who haven't built anything themselves. Plus, the Discord community is brilliant; you can ask anything to fellow students or experts who are always there to support you.

The Reality Check
You can honestly learn in 30 days what would take you 10 years to figure out on your own. However, you need to be ready to work. They teach you all the tools to succeed, but your success is up to you, your product, and your marketing. If you think they are going to do everything for you, you’re on the wrong path.

I don’t know yet if my brand will be a massive hit, but I do know that I am having a great time putting my ideas into action and working toward my dream and my pension.

Verdict: If you are ready to work hard to build your success, I strongly recommend HonestBrands. If you want a course where you don't have to do anything, this is not for you.

I’ve been in the program since January 2026

I’ve been in the program since January, and I’m about to launch my own supplement brand, my first product is arriving in about a week and I’ll be starting to sell it very soon. The amount of resources and support inside this community is honestly incredible. Alex, the founders, and especially the coaches are always there for you 24/7, helping through chat, calls, and different channels whenever you need it.

One of the most valuable parts is definitely the level of connections they provide, contacts like Cat are a huge advantage and something you don’t usually get access to, which makes a big difference. On top of that, the latest updates have been amazing, they’re constantly sharing new resources, from how to create AI ads to examples of highly successful brands and websites we can learn from. They’ve also added many new support channels, making everything even more complete. Overall, an amazing experience so far 🤝

I joined Honest Brands after spending too long trying to figure things out on my own. What stands out compared to other courses is the community and the fact that the programme isn’t fixed — the advice changes as the market changes. You’re seeing what people are doing right now, not what worked five years ago.
The group feedback is also really useful. You quickly realise everyone goes through the same doubts and false starts, and having experienced people comment on your ideas helps you move forward faster.

3 months in - my honest review

3 months in now to this course and here’s my honest review. These guys have cracked it. The way the community is laid out, the transparency and communication you get is brilliant. You can literally chat to countless successful brand owners and pick their brains on specific knowledge you couldn’t dream of finding on Google! The coach layout is great, everyone has their own specialties and you get assigned a 1-1 coach who you can chat to along every step of the way, at any time needed. You can also @ any of the other coaches and get a reply quickly, along with countless help from other community members. Not only that, you have weekly calls where the coaches share their expertise, showing you exactly how to do everything related to your Ecom journey from product research to launching across the many platforms they have experience in.

They have just now completely re-written the course and updated their methods, due to the ever-changing world of Ecom and these guys keeping their finger on the pulse of the industry. They can do this because they practice what they preach, and are all top-tier sellers with their own brands.

If you’re serious about creating your own brand and running your own business - I can’t recommend them enough

Honest Brands are not really honest. They are full of disappointment.

I joined Honest Brands in June 2025. I’m based in Australia, and honestly the course was just… average.
The content is very basic. It explains things on the surface, but it doesn’t go deep enough to help you actually solve real problems. A lot of it feels like “here’s what you can do”, but not “here’s exactly how to do it, step by step”.
They talk about things like 1-on-1 coaching, weekly calls, a strong community, and a launch guarantee, plus guidance on product research, sourcing, and launching. But in my experience, the support wasn’t there when I needed it, especially because I’m trying to run this from Australia.
The Discord community is not solid. I’ve seen many members ask serious questions and get no replies. Same thing happened to me. Half the time you’re just stuck waiting, and you end up figuring things out yourself anyway.
The biggest problem is there’s no proper roadmap for someone starting from Australia but trying to sell in the UK. When I asked where I should start, I didn’t get a clear plan. And once you start spending money, every step has another obstacle.
I had Amazon verification issues more than 10 times, and it was exhausting. It cost me time, stress, and money.
I also made a human supplement with no experience before. And this is where the course really disappointed me. There were no clear instructions on:
how to create a human supplement properly
how to find a good supplier and what to check
how to talk to suppliers (what questions to ask, red flags)
what laws and compliance steps apply to supplements
I spent about $4,000 AUD on the course and around $6,000 AUD making the product. So I’ve lost about $10,000 with very little real support.
I’m not saying I’m perfect, but the course is nowhere near what I expected for the price. Alex (the mentor/youtuber) advised me to start in the UK while living in Australia, but if I knew it would be this hard and expensive, I would never have done it. Starting in Australia would have been way easier.
If they want this to be worth the money, they need a proper roadmap, a real supplement step-by-step guide (compliance, labels, claims, testing), and a better support system where serious questions actually get answered.

First of all, I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t been a positive one. That’s never our intention, and as you’ll see from the vast majority of our reviews, this isn’t typical of the experience most members have.

Regarding your comment about the course not being detailed enough, I do respectfully disagree. E-commerce is extremely broad and constantly evolving. If we went into maximum depth on every single topic inside the core training, the program would be thousands of lessons long and very difficult to navigate.

The way the package is designed is intentional. The core course provides the structured foundation and step by step processes. On top of that, we run 2 to 3 live calls every week, all of which are recorded and uploaded. These sessions are designed to be supplementary to the course. They go deeper into areas such as product research, sourcing, advertising, launching strategies and open Q and A. That is where we expand on nuances, answer specific scenarios and adapt to current changes in the market. The full value comes from using both elements together, not just watching the lessons in isolation.

Since you joined, we have also continued expanding the training. We regularly release new material and additional programs to reflect how quickly the industry changes.

In terms of one to one coaching, the program you enrolled in does not include personal one to one calls. We offer different tiers of support, and the Accelerate plan includes that level of coaching. Weekly group calls are consistently delivered and replays are always available, especially for members in different time zones.

You also mentioned that questions were not answered in Discord. After reviewing your profile, I could see most of your activity was in the AI channel, which provides instant responses linked directly to our internal guidebook and course material. I could not find unanswered posts in the main discussion areas, nor support tickets or emails raising concerns.

With Amazon verification and supplements compliance, we provide training on verification processes inside the course and have a dedicated compliance expert in the group who previously worked at Amazon. Members can also raise direct support tickets through the Contact Us feature for more complex issues. I was not able to find any submitted tickets or emails regarding these points.

I want to be clear that I am not dismissing how you feel. If something did not meet your expectations, that is important. From what I can see, there may have been a misunderstanding about what was included in your support tier, or some of the available support channels may not have been fully used.

If you are open to it, I would genuinely encourage you to reach out directly so we can properly address any remaining concerns, especially regarding your supplement brand or compliance questions. We are here to help and would much rather resolve things constructively.

Poor quality, very disappointing & negative experience

My experience with honestfba.com was very disappointing. The overall quality felt low and poorly produced, and it did not live up to the expectations set.

In addition, I encountered negative interactions with staff, which made the situation worse rather than resolving concerns professionally.

The website itself also raised red flags, multiple broken links (socials etc) and what appears to be low-effort, AI-generated content that didn’t feel authentic or well thought through.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service. Please stop abusing report functions to removed honest feedback and leave only AI generated ones.

Initially

Initially, I hesitated to join this community because I feared it might be a financial trap. I spent a long time reviewing feedback to determine if it was legitimate, just as you might be doing now. Thankfully, I decided to go for it. For the past two to three years, I’ve wanted to launch something but was uncertain about where to start and worried about financial loss. Now, I’m thrilled with my investment and am just a few months away from introducing my first product, a UK-based supplement. The course offers a wealth of information, and the community support is outstanding. Everyone, especially the organizing team, is incredibly helpful. Many participants have developed impressive brands and achieved substantial sales. Whenever I have a question, it’s addressed swiftly, and there’s always someone ready to assist.While I cannot guarantee my first product will generate income, the invaluable skills I've acquired are worth the investment. Without joining, I would probably still be stuck in a cycle of indecision.

Are You Up For The Challenge?

I've been a member of this group for a little over a year. I'm about to launch my second product and if it were not for the coaches, constant guidance and encouragement, and depth of knowledge among other members, I would have very likely thrown in the towel. E-commerce is insanely difficult to master on your own, no matter how many "gurus" you follow, how many books you read, or how many YouTube videos you watch. Everybody needs help in their journey and if you're serious about putting in the time and effort to succeed, this is the place to do it.

The best e-commerce move I've ever done

Joining Honest FBA is the best e-commerce move I've done in 5 years. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and the amount of experts in their respective fields that provide live sessions is amazing. We had experts from compliance, marketing, Shopify, PPC, etc.
The value is incredible and they literally guide us from idea creation to product launch, inputs on PPC, marketing , branding, shipping, etc.... you got it all.
The community on discord is also super tight. We support, motivate, help each other and this is priceless.
Tom, Alex and Janson did an amazing contribution to the FBA world by putting this programme, course and community together.
Love it!
