I can assure you that we have no way of deducting money from your account without your consent. When you signed up for our welcome offer you simultaneously agreed that you would become a member of our club. As a club member, you get charged once a month, and then you get that same amount as a gift card that you can spend in our webshop. This is explained during the registration process, as well as in the terms and conditions, and needs your consent in order for you to become a member.
If you don’t wish to be a member of our club anymore, you are free to unsubscribe at any time.

They stole $49 from my credit card
They stole $49 from my credit card. I never received anything. I have confirmation stating my products are on the way. It is ILLEGAL to take payment from customers and not deliver products agreed upon, I am fighting this with my bank.
Also, they cannot charge anyone's account that has proof in writing (email) that they have cancelled any 'membership'.
Do they realize or care there may be women that don't have this disposable income and may have been looking forward to this for something impt? Maybe a job interview, or simply self worth?
How do you look at yourself knowing you are scamming women on products that are supposed to make them feel good? Don't you have any morals and want to help other women instead of dragging them down?
I am fighting this, I will not let this go easily. I am disgusted at the pure evil and malicious intent behind this.

This is a reply to their automated reply on the review I first made. But you do not get the problem here, your problem is you never sent the items that are ordered with your first trial gift box and then scam us to do the monthly payment wherein no products ever sent, I have tried the number you put to call for unsubscribing and done that in the first month but phone cannot be even contacted, does not even ring at all! And now you have taken again 49euro on my account, i think it is too much now. Customer service is not even replying on what to do with that money I lost. Your websites keeps on asking the credit card number over and over again.

Honest kiss guys are real f******. They fuc*** up my bank account. Deducted dollar 49 from account without my permission. I never subscribed for anything. I never got any gift box or any gift card.
The best thing you guys can do is change your credit card or debit card number by calling your bank and make a report against them. This is really a cyber crime to fraud any customer.
There is no way to cancel subscription or to call any real person. Please don’t be scammed by this fuc****.

I can't say wether or not this service is good or bad. I do want the "service" stopped because I have had MULTIPLE charges of 50.00 taken off my card for a service I haven't used.... And I just want my money back. I keep getting the runaround. Email here, text here, we'll get back to you... no one has gotten back to me. So I hope I can just get my money back and we can all move on.

Very bad experience, I do not recommend them at all. I got scammed. I originally went on because of a free box I was suppose to get. I read no where about a subscription I had to get with it, and from my understanding I paid $1.95 for shipping for this "free box" but apparently that fee was for a gift card? Worth $49.99 but then I had other $49 .99come out of my credit card. And I got the gift card code then 2 days later got an email saying the gift card expired. This Company is dumb. I have never been so upset. So thank you honest kiss for stealing my money.

ITS A SCAM
ITS A SCAM . Says $1.95 charge for delivery of your box and then switches it to saying it was delivery for a gift card.. when the " gift card " comes, several days later the text message says to go to the link and put the gift card code in, then it says they sent you a email to confirm, which you will never recieve . Their phone number they provide you via the same text message also does not work. Im currently on the phone with my bank to block their future transactions

What a waste of time...
I was so excited to get my free box of stuff. I waited and waited - no box. Then they tried to take $49.99 of my MasterCard, no funds available. I never had shipping fees come off for the first box but they want to charge me the first month membership fee. Very disappointed.
