Short and sweet phone call End result was that I was too old to qualify for a grant

I haven’t even signed up to get quotes someone must have put there number in wrong but I keep getting messages and calls over and over despite t helping them I am in fact not the person requesting them

Lewis originally called me in the morning when I was busy and I asked him to call me back at 1pm. He did exactly on time. He was very helpful, answered all my questions. Gave me advice about the type of SP's I could use. Very impressed and will recommend this company to my friends.

I filled in a form for a quotation. I was contacted in the morning by a young lady, who was very efficient and set up the call for the panels evaluation.

The caller was very polite and helpful. He asked a few questions about my property and came to the conclusion, because of it's size and orientation, it was not suitable for solar panels. He was apologetic that they couldn't help and wished me all the best.
Very pleasant experience.

Got a quote from these guys for Solar Panels. Rang quite quickly, agent asked me a few questions about my housing and needs. Now have an appointment with someone to come discuss further. All good!

You will be hounded to death by phone and text if you provide your details to these people. They have no contact details for you to use to ask them to stop calling so you have to ride it out or complaint to the information commissioner which is exactly what I intend to do now.

Beware potential Scam site - The website is simply designed to send your details to an unknown supplier who is the data controller of your information which can also be passed to sub-suppliers.

Website has zero information available including the "about us" and "contact us"

you are assuming that the company checks that the suppliers are legitimate before passing your information on to them.

Would not trust after checking out their website whilst looking for solar installers

Based on a 5 star review, I booked a home visit for a solar panels quote. Nobody turned up and no call to apologise either. Not really worth 1 star but no option for 0. Reading reviews looks looks like I’ve dodged a bullet too 🤬

They get you to provide your details with the promise of an online quote which they then don’t provide. Having then arranged by phone a time for them to come and view the loft to quote, they called again and insisted that my husband must also be here when they come. Clearly they expected a commitment at the point of quoting and when I told them they weren’t going to get that they became very pushy. So I cancelled the viewing and googled their trust pilot rating - looks like I dodged a bullet!

Dishonest company that display a 5 star Trustpilot rating on their site whilst in reality they have a 3 star rating, with many 1 star reviews

Rude, aggressive, impatient. They are clearly commission based sales agents. They hung up on me when they realised that it was a unusual setup. Not technical helpline just hard face sales.

They don’t do online quotes as suggested. Instead, you get mistruths from the first call, followed by attempts of a hard, face to face sell. The ‘no obligation quote’ as promised, is nothing like. Rude, aggressive, DISHONEST, unreliable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
