Purchased the mouthguard due to sleep apnea and was advised of a 90-day money back return policy. No positive result with the mouthguard and it caused sores in my mouth. Contacted Honex and they stated there is no evidence I purchased the device. I provided a copy of the credit card purchase with their name, the date of purchase, and cost of the product. They will not respond back and won’t refund my money. If you choose to purchase this device, I suggest not purchasing from them, but through a reputable company such as Amazon. This company is unethical.

Yes everything was straightforward. Apologies for not paying immediately, I got distracted. Thanks for reminding me to finish the transaction. I look forward to receiving the device, as does my husband!

After several weeks wait the Honex Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece arrived in a small, flimsy cardboard box. Followed the instructions on the side of the box. Mouthpiece did not fit at all comfortably. The mouthpiece was a very loose, uncomfortable fit. Not game to even try this cheap product overnight. A choking hazard in my opinion. Not even going try for a refund as other customers mention the hassle they have experienced. Into the rubbish bin with this dubious device.

Slept great, wasn't uncomfortable, very simple to use.

Definitely sleeping better since acquiring my Honex.

I was using a pap machine for years it was doing very well up till 2026 when I got up I the mornings I felt very sick coughing very dry mouth. I had seen this product on the website honex company selling this mouth peace to stop snoring so I perches they item I did not think this item was going to work.so I been using this item now for about a week and it's been working very well . I slept much better now. I'm glad I perched this product.

The Honey mouth guard is of goor quality and very durable.
However I found it quite difficult to deal with for the first few nights as I was constantly conscious of it being in my mouth.
I stuck with it and I'm ok now with feeling much better in the mornings and so is my wife.
So it can only get better.
Will recommend it to family and friends if asked.

The advertising was misleading in stating that one size fits all. Mine will not stay in place no matter what I try.
Just rubbish in my opinion. A real dud.

Rubbish. An absolute scam. And a rip off. My wife bought exactly the same - cannot tell the difference - from Temu for $2 Australian ($1.40 US). I paid $50 (got 2 for 1 but both are useless). Save your money and sanity!

I am still adjusting, but over 4 nights I have become very much more comfortable with the mouthpiece. It started out very uncomfortable during the first night so that I removed it at 4am. The second night it lasted longer and last night (4th) it was comfortable all night and I definitely feel more rested in the morning and far less tired during the day. I have found the team very supportive and encouraging to persevere which I am glad I did.

Product didn't do anything . Its crap .
To return the company wants you to return thr product at your expense to Japan .

My partner has been incredibly patient while navigating the challenges of my snoring and sleep apnea. After going through countless products with no success, I was hesitant to try Honex, fearing yet another disappointment. However, with my partner’s constant encouragement, I finally gave it a try and were pleasantly surprised. The product worked the very first night; my partner even described the transformation as a miracle. I have used Honex ever since, and I am finally free from snoring and the disruptions of sleep apnea.

Sort of ordered it on accident. Was trying to oder another product. Cheap piece of plastic that has zero design and is not moldable to your bite. Company is a total scam. Tried to return it (unused) and they wanted me to return it to Japan when it had been shipped from Thousand Oaks CA.

I was doubtful that tho would work my kids and wife wanted me to go for a sleep study and then I saw the add for the Honex and got one . Sleeping better not snoring which means my wife is sleeping better and that’s good all around

Very comfortable. Easy to wear. Actually feel like I get a good night sleep now. I wake up not tired. Before this product I woke up several times a night sometimes choking. I’ve tried other products but this one is definitely the best
