I saw some "wonderful" glasses advertised by this company, but something caught my attention because of the different names it has. It's great that this Trustpilot platform exists. I'm so sorry for what has happened to all the people who have been scammed by these criminals. Justice should do something against them. They keep stealing from people all the time and still post their wonderful sales ads.

Scam! Do not order from them. Placed 1 order. Took over a month of back and forth emails to receive face cream which was not as described. Paid for with Visa and then a couple of months later received 3 more charges for $29.99. When I called customer service after the first bogus charge I discovered that it was for membership and since I did receive the product they wouldn't remove. That night they charged me AGAIN for $29.99 listed as a clothing charge. A few hours later another $29.99 charge from a company called Essence and Hone! WTH!!! I cancelled my Visa to prevent future charges. What a mess!!!

Ordered a drawing pad for my child for Christmas. I think it was around $15.00. They e been hitting my account every month for $29.99. When I emailed, I was told I signed up for a membership, which I DID NOT. Every month I’ve been hit with same charge amount, but from different company names; Honey and Pine, Willow and Pine, Syrup and Pine. This is not acceptable! We travel out of state constantly and my husband and I both had to get new debit cards(headache and inconvenience on its own). I can’t get my money back. I couldn’t sleep at night scamming people, such as this. I think this company owes a lot of people and should be held responsible.

Just as all the other reviewers are saying. I too got charged $29 but my credit card denied it thank God! I reported it as fraud. Shame on them! Better contact the BBB

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered concealer for $29.99 I received one order. One payment was charged on my card. The balance was paid in full. Now I am getting charged $29.99 a month. I only received one order. It seems like they automatically make orders a monthly subscription without approval. According to the reviews that I should have read first. Don't order from them. The concealer is not accurate to the description the company offers.

This company is a total Fraud! They have charged my account 29.99 per month without authorization! This company is a total scam and will be held accountable for their criminal behavior! Total charged unlawfully $133.96. This is not a reputable company! Please do not do any business with them! They also go by several different names!

Do not order from them. I ended up in a VIP membership which not only cost me for make-up but was charged $29.99 month for this membership for 4 months for total of $119.96. They are supposedly reimbursing me @ 50% for 3 months and canceling my membership. BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD!!

Complete scam. I made a purchase in December 2024 for $23.l00 for a one time purchase. Thereafter, my credit card had been charged monthly $29.99 for products that I did not order and the products were never delivered. I caught the issue in April when I bank sent me a notification. I declined the charge w/my bank and immediately called Honey and Pine (also known as Willow and Pine) and they told me that I had signed up as a vip member and because of my membership, I was only entitled to 50% refund for the April charge only and they would not reimburse me for the other charges. $120.00 later, I'm very upset. This is a complete fraud! If I could rate H&P at 0 I would! Please do yourself a favor and do not make any purchases through H&P or W&P.

I ordered translations earbuds and saw no information about them coming from China or needing a app or a ongoing fee to operate them, nor did I opt for some platinum membership fee of @29.99 a month they wrote me back this when I asked if they were the ones charging me $29.99. I ordered the translation earbuds 1/27/2025 from so called honey and pine. Aka-Essence and honey-aka- Willows and pines..I never received my translation earbuds here we are at 4/22/2025. Still no refund or earbuds and they are charging my account for 29.99 each month. I’m not sure what kind of scams they are running but do not order any thing from the above companies named. Best to check out the company you are trust with your personal information.

I bought a fidget toy online, which came much later than I had anticipated, though it was an interesting toy. Three months later, I realized I was being charged $29.99 a month. I tried to call the number they listed for themselves, located in Bountiful, Utah, and the first try got a recording that said “We’re sorry we cannot take your call.” and then hung up on me. There was another number associated with the recurring charges, so I tried calling it (this one was in Asheville, North Carolina), but it had been disconnected and was no longer in service. I’m still working with my credit card company to get the repetitive charges reversed. I apparently signed up for some kind of subscription service unknowingly. There was no mention of it on the site from which I purchased the toy. Getting the subscription cancelled is turning out to be a ton of work. I tried working with my bank on their website, but was unsuccessful, so now I have to call the bank and deal with a live person to try nd get this resolved.

Apparently someone has hijacked my business address and phone number. I am a business out of Utah. They have appended my contact information to a bogus company called "Honey and Pine" or "Honey+Pine" or "Honey + Pine" or "HoneyPine" or "TryHiveHoney" or "Try Hive Honey".

Today I had a second victim call me, who was charged $29.99 for the last three months. He was able to contact me because he said my company's address and phone number was listed on his credit card statement. The first victim called me Dec. 13th.

I have concluded my company's address and phone number is being fraudulently used.

My hunch is this is what's called a "Card Testing" attack, where someone somewhere has posed themselves as a legitimate business (when they're not), and found a checkout portal online, or has created one themselves, and is running lists of credit card numbers through it and getting some right. Where they're right, they're continuing to do draws each month, and making a pretty penny.

I don't know what else to do but to amass all the people that are calling me and report the matter to the local police, which I am doing now.

I strongly recommend you file a chargeback ASAP, and make a dispute with your bank ASAP!

Charged for something I didn't purchase

The worse site ever. They continuously charged my account for 29.99 every month. I never authorized that. I have a case filed with my credit card company for this so called fraud business. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one because if them. Never never buy from them..

Monthly charge $29.99 for 'privilege' of getting a discount and free shipping.... if you every order from them again. I think they changed their name to Essence and Honey. SCAM

It's a scam company. They keep charging me 29.99 every month out of the blue. Had to cancel my card bc of it.

Honey & Pine appears to be run by marginally educated teenagers.....ordered a "Natural" creme cushion makeup & after a month of waiting, received, from China, makeup in "warm" which is for "yellow & dark complexions". I am a redhead, neither yellow or dark skinned. When I called I got the run around, they could not locate my order number, name or email. When I said it all sounded pretty sketchy, the first contact rep hung up on me. I called again...same story...could not find anything in their system. I dont think they have a system. BEWARE!

I had the same experience as some who wrote a review on Honey and Pine in Utah. I bought 3 fidget toys and then I noticed that they charged me a recurring $30 VIP membership that remains in place until canceled. Yes, the small print talked of the membership, but thieves will always find new ways to trap you.
