This is a scam company!!

This is a scam company!!! All products are shipped from China. The lip balm it self sucks there is no real scent and they don't moisture my lip at all. I had a terrible time with customer service about my late package that arrived very late. Customer service acted like it was my fault I didn't receive my package. I will never order from crappy company again, the lip balms are not worth it. If you want lip balms with an actual scent try my bee balm or get something you get from the store stay away from HoneyBalm!!

Honeybalm brand lip balms are amazing!

Honeybalm brand lip balms are amazing! They have a mild scent and taste that is enjoyable and not overwhelming. The balm is smooth and melts like butter, leaving your lips protected and soft. They have a variety of "flavors" and a wonderful rewards program for customers that makes ordering repeatedly worthwhile.
Definitely recommend them!

(Do not get them mixed up with Bee Balm - that's a totally different company with a subpar product!)

Never buying from here ever again.

I had ordered a product as a gift for my mom all the way back in early January and was left in the dark after words. In mid-January I received messages saying that my order was on its way. I didn't here from them until I checked about 2 weeks later and found that my products had been delivered on January 15th! Mind you they didn't send me any email or update about this. I know I probably should have kept track of it better but come on, if it arrived on January 15th, that should be communicated to me. Even worse is that they sent it to the wrong apartment, even though I specifically put down the exact apartment and location, and they just left it in an entirely different place. Now I'm trying to get a refund but Honeybalm is making it extremely difficult, saying that I need to contact the courier and go through all these steps even though I don't want to do that, I just want my money back!! I would absolutely NOT recommend ordering from this place. I will continue writing these reviews until I get my money back.

Fell for Cheap Product

I fell for it. Wish I hadn’t and purchased better products elsewhere. This is Chinese sourced product that never ships. I ordered on 28 January and still nothing for shipping. Plus wish I read reviews before buying. Do not recommend. Find better products.

I'm really disappointed with you. I placed an order a few days ago, and you wrote to me saying I should change the address so you could ship it as soon as possible. I haven't received any response from you, and I don't even know where my order is. What a scam! You don't answer emails, and there's no way to contact you. Terrible service.

I never recieved the product I ordered last November. They would not give me a real tracking number only tracking from there web site. I contacted them and they told me they would replace the order. Still have not recieved the product still have no tracking information. I believe this is all a scam.

Definitely over hyped

I had placed an order on November 17th and my order did not come until after Christmas. Apparently they cannot ship to PO boxes, but waited till I reached out 1 weeks before Christmas with questioning where my order was for them to tell me this. When I finally did get my order, the product is cute, but that's it. They all smelt like clay. I will never be ordering from them again.

I ordered gifts for Christmas on Dec 2. On Jan 2, contacted and canceled order. They generated a full refund quickly, but never apologized or gave details on the order other than website showed "shipped". Poor.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. By order was guaranteed by Christmas, then by 12/29, and here we are on Jan 1st and still nothing. It takes a week if you’re lucky to even hear back from the company when you email them and they give you nothing. Just a “ can confirm it’s been shipped”. Awful.

Do not buy from this company

Ordered 3 weeks ago, still haven't received. They act like they are U.S. based, but, are based in China. Not sure if I will receive this order. If I don't receive it by the 2nd of January, I will file a complaint. Would not recommend this company. Wish I would have read reviews before buying.

Please Avoid This Scam

I placed an order that stated it would be delivered within 3-6 days, that was almost 30 days ago. The status of my delivery based on their response is “in transit” and they are unsure of where it is. They refuse to help (even after double digit emails/requests) with any resolution and only respond with a templated response that “they can’t issue a refund” even though the status has not changed in weeks. I have begged for help and they refuse to provide any answers at all. I am mortified I fell for this scam and hope this prevents others from doing the same.

poor customer service

Edit: After I sent a firm email that I was unable to send a picture of what I received and that I expected my issue to be resolved promptly either with a refund or sending the missing item, I got an acceptable response. Suddenly, Honeybalm was able to send the missing item and I free balm of my choice. I received more shipping updates and it arrived faster than my additional order. So, my issue was resolved in a fair way, but it took three emails on my end for that to happen. I love the product, but I'd probably order elsewhere the next time to avoid the hassle.
I will update this review if/when my issue if resolved. I placed an order totaling $65.94. When I received my order (and it took a very long time), 1 item was missing. I contacted the company. It took a very long time for them to respond and they admitted that the delay in responding was on them and not acceptable. They said to respond if my issue still wasn't resolved. I replied promptly and explained again that I was missing an item. They requested that I send a picture of what I received so it could be addressed with the shipping department. As these were Christmas gifts, I can't send a picture. I don't photograph every package I receive. Seriously, it's as if they don't believe me. I will update if they issue a refund or send the missing product.

Overpriced rubbish from China.

Awful company. Ordered 1 month ago, advised would arrive within 5-7 working days. Once ordered, received a Royal mail tracking number. This never got updated. Nearly 2 weeks went by and then the online tracking on honeybalm updated to say ready for dispatch from somewhere in China. This is not a UK based company. Overpriced rubbish. Still yet to receive the order.
