Love HoneyBook but I wish they would have continued using the Legacy files. They are simply so much better, friendly and deliver smoothly. Also, I feel like they make unnecessary changes to the platfo... See more

I love how easy it is to create templates and automate my business. Quick response time and support if I have any concerns.
Very overpriced for what it is. Will be searching for a new CRM.
Too expensive for the amount we do. It's fine, it's nice; it's just getting more and more expensive and we don't use event half the tools you provide. I'm sure Honeybook is wonderful for a very busy business. It's just not it for a small business like ours.
Honeybook should send emails before they automatically renew. It’s very “gotcha” feeling and overpriced.
Navigating this as a beginner & starting up is very hard. There is no stream line to begin or how to.
I used Stripe before using honey book and i love that honey book does all in one! I can create a contract and invoice and payment project and send it in one link so my clients can sign and pay immediately! Just makes it all around smooth! It does take a second to figure out the website but once you do its amazing!
I love the ease of creating contracts and invoices, but can't stand the fact that payment amounts cannot be altered once they're set. Not letting someone split their payments between different cards or on different dates is so hard to explain to people when they're spending such high amounts.
Emails bounce all the time, workflow is terrible. I hate it.
I have been using HoneyBook for a few years now and absolutely love it. I love that. I am not chasing down unpaid invoices. It’s so nice having everything on autopilot and being able to take care of everything in one place, rather than multiple different platforms. My favorite aspects are the reoccurring payments and the contracts. It has allowed me to scale my business to 6-figures seamlessly.
I love Honeybook bc it has all the things that I need for my business and it makes my business easier to run on automation.
It’s getting too complex and less user friendly. There are too many issues with clients being able to access their portals and with access being consistent on business owner’s end. I want to switch, but wasn’t given notice that my account was up for renewal.
Help center is slow. Many customers of mine can not open preferred vendor attachments

I love using honeybook for my wedding clients. They make it so easy to use, especially with all the automations. It makes for an easy, stress free experience for the client and myself.
It's very expensive (and the price only keeps increasing!) for a CRM that keeps giving me glitches. And because I'm in Canada, many of the capabilities just don't work. Eg. syncing with quickbooks, bank accounts, etc. It's frustrating. And lately I've been having issues with how it records my payments and it's not keeping clear records. I rely on this for tax purposes and now I feel like I can't trust it to track my payments like I need it to. Engineers have been "working on it" for months and nothing has changed. I need to find a more reliable CRM.
Helped me so much with my business! Had a bit of a hard time learning how to use the software but have gone about it my own way and love it!
Super easy to use and keeps everything organized. I can send files, get paid, and manage clients all in one spot. It makes things stress free. The pre designed forms look professional. It's great tool for anyone running a small business.
ACH transfer hit is insane. Not being able to push the CC fee to the client is also very outdated.
I think this is an overpriced service. However I need it. So I have to use it.
