Really good finance option
Really good finance option when buying a product over 10 months. Was the introduced finance provider through DEKO. Interest was low and when called to make my early repayment was handled very professionally. I would not hesitate if HoneyComb was my delegated finance provider in the future

However, loan confirmation letter did not show length of loan or total interest charged.

Time wasting frustrating experience with inefficient staff at Honeycomb Finance
Took out a contract with exemplar education which automatically included a no interest agreement with honeycomb finance. Two months running they put the wrong name on the Direct Debit and had the cheek to send us a letter telling us that our credit rating would be affected by their mistake as the money had not come out. We called them several times and they made something which should have been easy to correct into something very difficult and time consuming due to them giving us wrong information and missing out information. Very frustrating company to deal with.
