My experience with the honeycomb group…
My experience with the honeycomb group so far has been nothing less than awful.
My first interaction with them was a lady turning up at my door unanounced who then expected to be granted access to myself and my home stright away. Please bare in mind that I am autistic and disturbances to my plans have a disproportional effect on my wellbeing, which the company should have taken into account. She was quite perturbed when I told her no and that a meeting would need to be arranged.
When the second lady attended she told me that no she would not be able to take me out, that she could give a me a phone number to call to complete the service in question. I was unable to complete the service via a phone call and told her so. We then disscussed the second service I had been told I would recieve, for her to tell me no again. It was I who had to problem solve this as she could not.
The third lady I had interaction with from the company caused me so much disstress that I had an autistic meltdown when she left. Need I say more.
