Will not purchase anymore
I check the price of one of their necklaces often because I was interested in buying it and was waiting for the Black Friday sale. I saw they had a 30% promotion going on which I was excited about only to go on the site to find out they had raised the prices so the discount would appear worth it.

The quality is horrible
The quality is horrible! I got a locket necklace and it’s a cheap plastic material as opposed to a metal or something else sturdier. The picture is literally just a piece of regular paper cut and glued into the locket. The clasp broke after one month and so now it doesn’t close and I no longer wear it.

Got lost in shipment , When arrived the picture was not secure
The pictures are darker than expected. One picture wasn’t secure enough and almost fell off . my package got lost in shipment and took an extra 7 days to get to me , even though i paid for premium shipping.

It’s okay
The picture doesn’t fit, the chain for the necklace is rather short & I can’t wear it without it making an annoying noise. It’s as if something is rattling, not the usual moving side to side on the chain. It’s alright but not worth the price they’re asking for it.

Poor Service and Very Disappointing. AVOID AVOID AVOID
I just wanted to say that I am leaving a fair and truthful review as I love supporting small business because I own one myself. However, I have never experienced such poor service in my entire life up until I encountered this company.
I purchased this necklace for my 2-year anniversary with my girlfriend which is on September 12th. I paid and placed this order on September 1st and paid for priority shipping of $10, which is the fastest shipping/handling they offered, and it takes 2-3 days for the item to arrive rather than going for free shipping which would take up to 7 days for it to arrive in addition to the processing and handling time. I did this in order to make sure that I get this order in time for my anniversary. They notified me via email on September 2nd that my order had shipped and I patiently waited. The next day I sent a friendly follow-up email to see the status of my order and was told that it was still in pre-shipment. So I patiently waited some more and even waited til after Labor Day weekend to see if any progress has been made with my order. I check my tracking number on September 8th and the item still says that it is in pre-shipment. So I contact the HoneyLock Co. support representative that I followed-up with earlier, Bea, and she tells me on September 10th that their fulfillment team is having technical difficulties with processing orders. I completely understand that technical difficulties happen and Bea told me that "We rest assured that we are now fixing this issue so we can continue shipping out the orders ASAP.” With the understanding that there is nothing that I can do about this, I was faced with the hard truth that my anniversary gift for my girlfriend was not going to get delivered in time even if i paid for expedited shipping and handling and was told by their support team that my item is in pre-shipment. So fast forward and its now September 14th and I send another follow-up message 4 days after I had last spoken to support and Bea tells me "Apologies for the extreme delays. I just got an update from our fulfillment team that your order is scheduled to depart from our warehouse today.” and by the end of the day no shipping progress occurred when looking at the tracking number status they provided me. So then I replied back to Bea asking if I will be reimbursed for the money I paid to get expedited and priority shipping because this definitely was not expedited and not priority. She then replies to me on September 15th and tells me…
“Your order is going to depart in our warehouse today
I do understand why you'd like to get reimbursed for the purchase you've made where you expected it to be shipped last week. As I have informed you of the previous email, about the technical issue we encountered last week this has affected all of our order processing.
Please be advised that Priority Shipping cost $10 for you to get the item in 2 days. If you insist to be reimbursed we can void your order now and change it to Regular Shipping, which is for free but the shipping time frame usually takes within 4-7 business days. Let me know what suits you.”
This is quite disappointing to me that 1) I didnt get the service I paid for and 2) because I want to be reimbursed for the service I didnt pay for they are going to downgrade my shipping type from 2 days to 4-7days… essentially with them being okay that I have to wait even LONGER for me to get my item. I paid $70+ for this item and a service I did not receive. I understand to some $70 isnt a lot but to me it is and I just don’t think this is a fair way to run a business.
So with me wanting to get this gift to my girlfriend of 2 years ASAP, I accepted the priority shipping and began seeing progess on the tracking number on September 16th. I receive the item i ordered today, September 17th…. and guess what… the pictures inside the locket/pendant wasn’t even of my girlfriend and I… it was a different couple!

The chain was the cheapest ever! I could find a chain like that at an Asian store in New York for like 2 bucks! It didn’t even come in the length I requested! The locket itself was nice
However the silver material is so bad, I have a hard time opening it all the time! My honest opinion I will never order from here again, I wish I would of never spent the money but whatever

Honeylock Necklace
The product is beautiful, it’s small and very pretty in all aspects. The only problem I had was that one of the pictures was cut too small and kept falling off. We sent an email to the company which they were more than willing to send the same picture again free of charge. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit as well and was cut even smaller. If it weren’t for that I would rate it 5 stars but it’s really sad that I have to leave it closed always in fear the picture would fall or blow away.
