Ordered an item in August 2019, 6 weeks later and no response. They are scammers. No tracking, wont respond to emails, and wont answer their phone on the website. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I placed an order almost a month & a 1/2 ago & sent an email confirming they got my $ & order. Tried tracking it & said it was on its way? Paid extra for faster shipping? Checked again today & it said it’s on it’s way but estimated arrival is July 5th- August 3 which is about 3 weeks ago?

Shop somewhere else.
Worst site and service experience, 1 star is too generous. They were quick to take my money and I have yet received my order. It has been a month and still nothing!! I have reached out to them several times and never got a response back. Any new customers, I advise to shop somewhere else. I have to go to my bank to get my money back and possibly pay a fee!! It’s not worth the hassle or frustration, they are scam artist!!

I never got my necklace
I saw them on my fb and if it looked pretty legit and wanted to surprise my best friend with it for her birthday. To cut it short she never got it... it’s already been 2 weeks plus some extra days. I tried to email the support, dm their ig and messaged the fb. No response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE POSSIBLY A SCAM!!!!
