I like that there are questions to help…

I like that there are questions to help you order the correct size. I didn't like that I clicked on the button to decline theft insurance and was charged for it anyway.

Sizing is complicated

Sizing is complicated. Not clear what I am getting with the size options. Color selection is complicated. It is not clear that some colors are out of stock, just "join waitlist".

-the website is very hard to use…

-the website is very hard to use because when I order an item and keep looking, found other item, there is not a way to deleted, so is frustrated not to be able to order.
-the discount codes never work
-the policy to take advantage of more discount is not fare because you can not get different size or other different item in the same order.

Soft & flexible material

I love how easy it is to shop & check out but even better than that, how easy it is to return or exchange merchandise. I especially love the soft texture of the bras.

🔄 If it doesn’t fit: You have 30 days from delivery to request a free return or exchange (for US orders). Items need to be unworn, with tags and liners intact, and returned in their original packaging. Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the same style.

This is about my 10th time email trying…now your criticism my review you chose the date not me

This is about my 10th time email trying to order your explanations are not best for older people like me whom are leery of computer ordering anyway.you keep adding cost so a $69 bar is costing me $105 hell of a mark up I don't want to order more because I'm not sure of size and style i hope i love it then i will order more once I figure out how.

size matters

I love the products, great quality and also great website, so easy to use. Prompt delivery and good return policy. But. The size charts are way off. I have ordered twice now and the items are way too big. I measured carefully but to no avail. When In doubt size down.

New bra

I was looking for a new bra that wasn’t an underwire. I had NO idea how to choose the style that would fit me best. I googled it and tried to decide which one would be best for me. I finally chose one and if it fits I will order more. The problem I’ve had in the past is the straps always falling off my shoulders!! ANNOYING!! I currently have what I think you call a razor back but the straps are high on the shoulders and often show in a regular round neck shirt. So I guess I will see how these straps stay up. Even tightening them doesn’t help because after wearing a while they seem to loosen up. I’ve even sewed them!! I also like a front closure but from the pictures I couldn’t tell what kind of clasp the Honey Love bras use. Fingers crossed.

Ordered this time from the US website. Love the sizing guides.
My second order for these bras. I wondered about the quality but they are well made and so comfortable. I tried on an underwired bra the other day and remembered how uncomfortable they are so I will probably be throwing them all out now I have found these bras
