They are really efficient; however, in the "orders" section it would be very helpful to have the guide to follow the package from there and not going to your email to look for it.

Don’t buy from these crooks
First of all if you value your money don’t buy from this company. They are the definition of a criminal enterprise.
I purchased a product and it lasted two weeks before the battery crapped out. I sent in a request for warranty replacement, got ignored. Did it again a month later, IGNORED. Finally this month I was answered and was told that unless I send a 10 second video of the product NOT working, they won’t honor a replacement. When I told them I don’t have a phone that records, the response was basically too bad.

Long Shipping
Not sure about the products I purchased, but the shipping was a real disappointment. Wanted the toys for a special getaway, and the proposed delivery date was perfect. HOWEVER....they use USPS which always puts another week or more into the delivery. Start using UPS or Fedex guys.....or be a whole lot more clear about when folks will receive your shipment.
