Before finally receiving my order, I tried to contact customer service nearly a dozen times and no one ever I repeat ever contacted me via email or phone call very poor customer service!!! As for the device itself, everything is good except for one thing, and that is that there was only 1 stroking speed. It needs to have multiple choices for that as well.

Purchased the Hayden in August used once for about 15 mins and the end part that you insert into came unattached from the metal cage type part also it had a split which I thought was unacceptable. Contacted honey play box and they responded very quickly replacing the whole thing within a few days. I have yet to try the new one so will reserve judgement until I have Although I’m not confident looking at it that it’s going to last long Hope I’m wrong. Good customer service though.

No cleaning instructions
No cleaning instructions. Awkward experience using the 'toy'. It has one job that doesn't happen, I feel that is a fail. Be careful using if you prefer other human interactions lol. Too much money with confinement to these settings. Delivery was good.

My wife and I have tried multiple times…
My wife and I have tried multiple times to use this and it just will not stay connected to the app. Also we tried to use the remote and it will not work either. It seems as though we charge it for almost a day then when it is time to use it it will jot stay on. When it actually stays on it works but every 2 minutes it turns off and she has to go to the bathroom to turn it back on in hopes it will stay on long enough for "some" fun ultimately ending in disappointment.
Update...... they reached out to me right away after my review and offered to make things right for me. I am awaiting a replacement product that I hope will be lots of fun I will Update when I can

Top notch customer service
I ordered toys from Honey Play Box in October 2024. Toy quality is supreme and I am very satisfied with them. However, after several months of use they broke and I contacted their support just to inquire about repairing options.
Support promptly answered my email and stated that they will happily fix this issue and send me new toys.
Shipping is also very rapid and straightforward.
Overall, fantastic experience with them - highly recommended.

I did one review on the Bestie Egg Helmet already but I just wanted to add to it as I am getting used to using it and learning more about it. The little paper that came with it doesn't give much on the use of it but I have found that the longer back ring on it will go around my bag and hold it tight to my bag and gives me more pleasure.
