Really happy with my garden kensington…
Really happy with my garden kensington seating set with firepit table. looks fab! Was just missing the furniture cover, however issue was resolved syraight away and was delivered quickly. would definitely recommend.

Thrilled with our Carnaby Sofa
We’re absolutely thrilled with our sofa! Since we hadn’t heard of the company before, we decided to take a road trip to their showroom. We were greeted by Umair who was incredibly helpful—he took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know and made the entire experience seamless. The delivery was right on schedule, the team were polite, and they even set up the sofa for us. We couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. Highly recommend this brilliant company!

My new sofas arrived yesterday with…
My new sofas arrived yesterday with only a couple of weeks wait from ordering. The team were brilliant with keeping me updated on my scheduled delivery and stock process. The delivery team were also great and speedy with assembling the sofas and putting them exactly where I asked. Would definitely recommended I ordered an Lshape sofa, arm chair and foot stall which are very comfy and beautiful quality

The product was great but the delivery…
The product was great but the delivery experience was bad. They cancelled delivery 3 days before it was due and after I had booked day off work too accept delivery. Eventually got the goods the following week. Can’t fault the goods though they were fine.

Got my sofa delivered 12 days after…
Got my sofa delivered 12 days after ordering but I’m Scotland so that’s expected once I got the tracking I was able to see where the driver was and how many stops away. The delivery drivers assembled the sofa and were really nice and helpful. And the sofa is absolutely beautiful I’m obsessed with it, it is really really good quality high off the ground very sturdy and big. lovely soft material worth every penny! I love love love it.

9 months and counting waiting for a repair!
Bad experience turned around by a great customer service manager.
Beautiful sofa exactly as shown in pictures, apart from when mine was taken out of the cellophane it was slit with a Stanley knife by the fitters/drivers! Now I understand mistakes happen, and that’s fine when the issue is resolved however I’m now 9 months into paying this financed sofa off with an unsightly slit in the sofa arm!
I approached the company straight away as soon as I noticed it and they were extremely helpful at giving me false promises. I have emails dating back to August last year, again in March, again in April and finally today.
I am less than unhappy at this moment in time. I had been told almost 2 months ago it would take 4/6 weeks for the parts required to fix the sofa to be delivered and since I’ve heard nothing so here I am.
Anywhere else would replace the sofa given the damage was made by the company themselves!
If you order from Honeypot and have no issues then that’s wonderful but if you do be prepared to be pulled from pillar to post as I have been.
EDIT as of June
I have had a further sofa delivered as a replacement and that was faulty the buttons missing off the arm - this was exchanged within the week and £49 delivery fee reimbursed. When your issues fall in the right hands they can be resolved. Robyn was absolutely fantastic from the first communication to the last ensuring I received a replacement, she took ownership on behalf of the team where they fell short in their customer service. So thank you Robyn, for resolving this long standing problem.
