I subscribed accidentally as I put my phone in my bag without locking it. Got a notification and as soon as I saw it had been paid for I instantly emailed them and told them I didn't mean to do so & requested a refund & cancel subscription. They completely denied a refund for me and I'm really upset about it because I can see other peoples reviews on here that were in the same position as me and they got a refund ?? Don't understand why. I emailed them and showed them the review of someone getting a refund and they will not respond. But they talk about "keeping it fair for everyone"! Pff! It's also very misleading, when I was looking at it it was like little videos, and once it was subscribed to it was like comics?? Not happy. Don't make the same mistake I did !!

They're promoting animated videos but they are selling erotic books instead therefore their advertisements are lies.
Just a few episodes and they'll start demanding more money from you.
Resist the urge to make any payment, it's not worth it.

Cancellation problems
I cancelled cos i hardly use it and only used it just to to get money's worth before the cancellation date. Got the email and did the survey to complete the cancellation. Just got an notification from my CC that it was renewed. I went back to the email and redid the cancellation survey and this time sent them screenshot with cancellation confirmation. Let see if it's cancelled after next cycle....

Customer service is great quick and…
Yes you have to send a email to cancel but they are web based I was using a masked email so sent a screenshot to confirm and they fixed it in less than 2 minutes. Good company with good Customer service which is great quick and efficient.
Comics are a good read, the art is great and the video feature is good and yes you pay more in coins for them but it takes a lot to run something like this.

I had an unauthorized charge for the transaction that I am not aware of as my card got stolen and these agents kept on sending me templated responses without acknowledging the issue. I’ve received same responses from multiple agents. It’s honestly disappointing — I asked them to get the issue escalated and still sending me templated responses. I hope you should know better.

When a card is compromised, unauthorized charges are typically linked to the fraudster's email address rather than yours. Because accounts are searched using the contact email provided, the fraudulent transaction cannot be immediately located, which unfortunately triggers standard security responses requesting further verification.
We take fraud very seriously and want to ensure this is escalated and resolved for you right away.
Could you please email honeycare@honeytoon.com with the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card, the exact date, and the charge amount, using the subject line "Escalated Fraud Report"? This will allow our specialized billing team to track down the exact charge using your payment details and process your refund immediately.
