Been waiting for my shoes to arrive for over 6months now, opened over 10 support chats and always the bot saying "someone will reply soon" however not got a single reply on any of them the worst support i have ever dealt with in my entire life

Returns I sent returns email over aweek ago there responds is zero and try find them in uk Is a joke

I placed 2 orders on HooBuy and both of them arrived at the warehouse and when I looked at the pictures of the items that they sent I was confused as they were both wrong!!!!
So I returned them hoping for a full refund as it was their fault but I was only given a partial refund that still HAS NOT arrived in my bank yet!!! It’s been 2 weeks since this issue as well!
I’ve contacted them nearly everyday for those 2 weeks and NO reply at all.

Hoobuy is absolutely horrible, i have used plenty of agents before in the past and this one takes the cake for being the worst agent ever. I have had like 10 different problems with this agent. Currently they scammed money from me.

I order 3 months ago. Never delivered.
I have written numerous times to he Live Chat, that is just a Robot giving the same answers every time and not resolving the issue.
Now trying by customer service, by email. I do not have too much hope. Lost 200$
So this is a scam, total rip off. There is a rich Chinese man laughing on his yacht

Horrible third-party agent. I ordered was supposed to come and my local post have sent it back because I was not homr, I tried contacting support to give me refund or send it back and absolutely no response. They then sent me an email saying that my package is in overseas and will be destroyed if I don’t write an email, so I did and it still was destroyed. I contacted PayPal and they gave me all the money back, if it wasn’t for PayPal, I would never see the money again. Also the waiting time for delivery, arriving at warehouse is horrible. I do not recommend. The only positive thing is pretty cheap shipping and some coupons for start, so if someone wants to buy from HooBuy, then only through PayPal so yall would have guaranteed refund from them.

I ordered stuff in June for about $400 and took the insurance in case of customs seize. Held in customs since August 4th. Have send 3 emails to Hoobuy customer service to claim on the insurance but they never respond so with shipping I’m out almost $500 and there is no info on their web site how to claim on the insurance purchased. This is a huge scam. They don’t care once they have your $$$

Nah I would not recommend after waiting 1 month for my package to leave the warehouse it for some reason gets send back to the warehouse and the “resend” payment cost 40 dollars bro I am paying 140 for send cost isnt that crazy for a 3kg haul

My order is still proccess pending after one whole week.

I made a withdrawal request the 26/6/2024 that’s over 2 months ago. I try almost every day to contact hoobuy but I always end up with the AI which have said “Okay, we have collected your information and our staff will deal with you as soon as possible.” For the past 2 months now

Got mine shipped it took them 20 days to ship it from buying to etc etc will take 20 more to arrive to me was not an good experience but at least not a scam

I ordered stuff worth more than 100€ … Since 2 months all items had the status “process pending” so they don’t do anything at all. I think they stopped working around may. I had a Nike Air Force ordered and it arrived in their Warehouse and I got QC Pics. Never shipped it because I wanted to wait for my other orders to come to the warehouse, so I can ship it all in one package.. But they never arrived in the ware house. Yesterday I cancelled all my orders and got the money back to my balance, but that’s pretty useless and gone too If I can’t order anymore. I tried to refund the money back to my PayPal yesterday and 60€ arrived from those 100€ I had ..

So this company apparently doesnt know what "asap" means.
They havent even LOOKED at my order.
Barely even started and i already feel the dissatisfication.

You can find anything with its aid! The level of customer service is outstanding. Nothing could have been better, in my opinion!

Very simple, the process of getting the items was moderately fast, and overall very satisfied.

Both clothes I bought are perfect! The quality is very good. I will definitely come back to buy more.
